Baptism is not Salvation. Telling his Salvation testimony would be more powerful than just hearing he got Baptized...
Absolute! He seems to be keeping a lot of stuff sacred right now but has verbalized dying and being buried with Christ. Praying the Holy Spirit leads him to all Truth and God uses brothers in Christ to point Russell to the Word.
Russell has experienced diabolic attacks imo. This is how many become aware of the spiritual warfare God allows to happen in order for you to become more holy, virtuosic and closer to Him. Its actuality a blessing in disguise. A path to grace that you may not have had otherwise.
That is what I heard from Fr. Rippenberger.
Rings true in my situation anyway.

In short, New Living Translation!
It’s not literal but thought for thought. I use NASB when studying and I used to be a Youth Pastor so I usually communicated Scripture through the NLT. I struggled reading the Bible but a man bought me an NLT Bible in 10th grade while on a mission trip to Ohio. It changed my life! I started reading and understanding!

Unless a man be born again, again, he shall not enter the kingdom of God - John 3.3 Have a personal relationship with Jesus. He alone can save you, no one and nothing else can fill the void in your heart. Confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that God raised Christ from the dead, and you will be saved - Romans 10.9 If you have everything on earth, but don't have Jesus, you don't have heaven. If you have Jesus, and nothing else on earth, you have everything- eternity in heaven - John 14.6 John 11.25. Read the Bible, listen to videos like this one, and find the Truth, the Good Shepherd. Find a good Bible-based church. May you too, find Christ in this period of grace, before the end comes and God's wrath and judgement falls on the earth. Love and God bless

No he was Baptized as a Roman Catholic. It remains to be seen if he is Christian. And he still uses Tarot. He’s not there yet
