He's great offensively but his defense is lacking. For ATG bigs that's always a slight. That's why Moses is underrated. He wasn't a great rim protector like Kareem, Wilt, Hakeem. That matters for bigs as they are the last line of defense. You can't ignore that side of the floor like you can for a skilled offensive guard. Ex. Steph

He didn't figure it out games one and two. The difference is Minnesota's defensive intensity has went down. And they haven't had a second dependable option from game to game. Period. i think Rudy is a better defender than Naz especially at the rim, but Naz may tire Jokic out more with his fast paced offence. The problem is i'm assuming adjustments were made to prepare for that like game 2. My uneducated guess on if Naz started and covered Jokic is Denver would get KAT to switch and have Gordon on Naz.

The different in that last game was the Wolves not willing to run back on Defense. Anthony Edwards don't have the energy to play in back to back games. If you give him three days off, he will show his azz. He was going through the motion like he didn't want to be in game five at all. They would have still been in that game if they was running back on Defense. Denver kept someone leaking out for a easy basket. I think you guys are right, Start Reed and run their azz into the ground. But two players have to run back on Defense and not stand around like they are lost.
Minnesota has lost faith. Its a wrap for those boys. No shame is losing to a generarional great though

You know the Nuggets are good when the only adjustment that KG/PP can think of is for the Wolves, the #1 DEFENSE IN THE NBA, to bench Gobert for Naz Reid. In other words, bench their historically great defense for a little more offense. Check mate
Biggest factor is jokic doesn’t have to guard Gobert. You have to make him work on the pick n roll. Naz Reid for gobert is the obvious move.
