  • There are great deals to be had at lunchtime during the week in Krakow, but Kuchnia Domowa serves a great zl29 lunch on weekends too. Great value soup + salad + main course + drink. Food is delicious. Self service a bit chaotic, but fun. We start off we a visit to our current fave coffee shop...

      The pork cutlet was one of the tastiest and cheapest I've tried - potato pancakes too. Definitely got our zl29 worth...

    I just discovered your chanel and fell in love instantly. You guys are amazing! Relaxed, nice, warm and God you do find the best places to eat. Real food, for real family. Not like those kids who eat junk and make video's about how they shared I slice of pizza. Thank you so much for all those wonderful places. I plan a 2 week trip to Poland and we are writting down all of those places. It looks to us like we have preaty much the same taste in food like you guys. You have a subscriber here 😉 Lots of love from Serbia!❤ And please keep making videos you are doing a great job, especially as there is a lack of those kind of tips for grown ups who like to eat good not fast.

    Cracow has an excellent cuisine to offer. And here, you are so close to other polish attractions, like Wieliczka Salt mine, Zakopane and Tatra Maountains, The Castle of Sucha Beskidzka, which is known as a "Small Wawel" actually. They have the restaurant there, with high quality cuisine also. And most of all.. Lanckorona! You have to taste the bread being there. When I lived in Cracow I used to go to Lanckorona during the weekends only to buy some buns, bread and have a walk. Magical, romantic place.

    Due to pandemic some restaurants did not reopen, some serve reduced menu, many put their prices up.
    Traditianally for Sunday lunch in Krakòw rosòł is served and always with noodles .
    What a fantastic video. Freshly cooked food for such price 29 zł .
    Place was buzzing with people. During the week soup, as a kasza lover I love krupnik- wonderful barley soup .
    By stumbling on that place you truly showed how affordable Krakòw is for everyone.
    Ps.on your Saturday live , someone from Canada was saying that they are coming in February to Krakòw- Wyspiański Hotel.
    They will love your (todays ) video as they will visit Kazimierz for sure, everyone does.

      @planetkrakow  Před 3 lety

      We are happy to share our experience of this restaurant as, although the food was some of the cheapest we have tried, it was some of the tastiest - hence why it gets so busy I suspect. I'm not very familiar with the hotels yet, so hard for me to guide anyone, though if we see ones in good locations we sometimes show them.

    Home kitchens can be found not only in Krakow, there are plenty of them all over the country, which is Poland. In small towns, you can even find dishes at lower prices and served in home conditions. An example can be "agrohouses"
