Can I make a suggestion which I learnt from having noisy neighbours is to put a speaker in your room and there is a 12 hour brown noise playlist on spotify which you play while you sleep. It drowns out all noise, is really calming. I'm a super light sleeper and an awful person when I dont sleep. I started sleeping with brown noise a few years ago and I sleep through the night without fail. White noise might work too but I find it too harsh.

9:34 my husband is self employed and he’s much happier now he has a work routine. He does the morning school run on the way to the gym. Works out. Works from the gym cafe. Has lunch. Then comes home and works until 5pm. He used to work evenings and weekends but it wasn’t doing his mental health any favours. He checks his emails twice a day and has an out of office on so people know to ring him if it’s urgent. I think he took a lot of advice from a book called ‘the four hour work week’.
This is really great - thank you so much and so lovely he’s found a routine that works in his life now. I’ve ordered the book!! x

Your such a lovely, down to earth person. Your apartment is going to look amazing, our styles are so similar. As you know I suffer with Chronic illness, I was like you, very busy and loved it, looking back I wish I had used the pause button and learned to just slow it down a bit. As you say wait a wee while before answering non important emails, little adjustments that will enhance your life. You do so well as you too have Chronic pain with your migraines. Your an inspiration. P.S I love your make up routine. Xxxxx
