- Weekday afternoon drive around the city of Auckland, New Zealand's largest city. I would like to go to the South Island to the national parks next time!🙏 Auckland is on the North Island. Auckland, based around 2 large harbours, is a major city in the north of New Zealand’s North Island. In the centre, the iconic Sky Tower has views of Viaduct Harbour, which is full of superyachts and lined with bars and cafes. Auckland Domain, the city’s oldest park, is based around an extinct volcano and home to the formal Wintergardens. Near Downtown, Mission Bay Beach has a seaside promenade.

As a Japanese, I was surprised at the similarities between the road conditions in New Zealand and Japan. There are many similarities, such as many traffic signals and driving on the lefut side of the road.Thx for sharing.

I lived two and Half years in Auckland, it is a beautiful city. Rent is high compare to earning . The harbour is busy with tourists

Que ciudad y país en general tan hermoso, me sorprende ver la gran cantidad de transporte público o metro, cosa que en EEUU es imposible ver, esta ciudad es moderna, ordenada, limpia y de las más seguras a nivel mundial...no en vano Nueva Zelanda esta catálogo el país más seguro para vivir en desatarse una tercera guerra mundial.
Siempre me pregunto ¿como es posible que una región tan legana sea tan prospera y desarrollada, y no ningún pais se latinoamerica siendo que estaban más cercanos para los ingleses en colonizar? También es algo que curiosamente los países más cercanos a los polos, en este caso polo sur (Nueva Zelanda, Australia, Sudáfrica, Argentina y Chile) sean mejores en su mayoria que los de sus alrededores.
