I miss everything about Julie and the Phantoms and wish there was a season 2 :(
@@jasmin4153 honestly I must say that the story line was left with so many plot holes. Why was sunset curve living in Julie's mom's garage? Is the girl in the beginning truly her mother? Hadn't they just met the night they died? What happened to Julie's and Ms dirty candy's friendship? Why didn't Trevor/bobby try to talk to Julie when he saw them perform on carries laptop? I loved the show but they jumped around a lot
the way he seems so melancholic talking about Julie and the Phantoms just hurts my heart so much. You can just tell how special and important that experience was for him and everyone from the cast. I fully believe the show could have kept going if not for the pandemic, and it genuinely just makes me so sad to think about what amazing things could have come from the series.
It will always be such a special show
Man, we really need this show back. It was so amazing, and I love singing to the soundtrack. I'd have to say my favorite song is either Now or Never, or Finally Free. Netflix, PLEASE bring it back, it's so much better than what you're giving us today.

Great interview🧡 i loved what he said about Julie and the Phantoms, so sad there isn't a season 2. Amazing and important project of Mare Nostrum, was so good to hear about it and i love the way he passionate about Nature and everything he does. I hope he will put out music one day 💙, when he said he will want to do that as a band it made me wish that Charlie, Jeremy, Owen and Madison will make a real band and put out music together, it will be amazing
Even though it was hardly my demographic, I loved JATP. I have thought several times of doing a treatise on Tumblr about all the eastereggs in the show. The obvious ones that many fans picked up on like Rose being Julie's mother. But there are so many. That perhaps it wasn't random that Luke is named Luke. That of the three phantoms, he was really the one with the power. That in the end of the scene where Julie and the boys come to Luke's parents home on Luke's birthday and as the scene closes the camera focus shifts to a vase of Dahlias, Julie's Mothers favorite flower. In Luke's parent's home? That Flynn wears a necklace with a lock and Willie wears one with a key. That at the club when Willie is fancy dressed he wears a pin that looks very much like the Dahlia pin in the vest that Julie takes out of her mother's costume chest and wears in Finally Free. Which, by the way, was the same vest her mother wore in episode one when she meets the boys. And on and on. I may write it yet.
My fave moment of this interview is Charlie mishearing and then going on about Homer Simpson, and you not correcting him hahaha. Love it. Charlie is so chaotic.

This was a lovely interview! Amazing work with Mare Nostrum, it's really inspiring. The teaching. Loving the fidgeting 😄 and the snow love. Impostor syndrome hits everyone, I think. Hoping for a jatp tour, with all the songs and maybe even new ones? Or keeping them hidden away just in case? I'm really looking forward to watching Totally killer and The Get Back Girl!

I don't think so, but the cast (and Kenny Ortega) have done various conventions to keep the JATP spirit alive! We miss the show too!
