It’s only the ones who live over seas who cant lift a finger and do things out doors. Like one of my cousin who has lived in America all his life. Came for a holiday in Tonga and boy did we have fun scaring the crap out of him. He’d scream all the time when we’d kill a pig for a feast or the time when he tacked along with us to go hunting at night in the bush at ‘Eua island for wild boars. He pissed in his pants we told him not to come but he kept insisting. Poor guy but it was fun to have him around after all I’m a girl and I can stomach doing all of these stuff but he can’t. He was a big fella all muscle’s and all that. But can’t do things like fishing nor a hard day labour. Even my 10 year old brother could do all these things cause that’s just how we were raised. Gotta have my cousin back for a visit again it’s boring here yah know🤣🤣🤣

Respect for nature, a love of the sea & islands, & good food were the basis for sharing. I'm glad the traditions & dances were preserved for each of the 7 groups (Hawaiians, Maori, Tongans, Fijians, Tahitians, Samoans & Niueans as well as Micronesian people). The Oceans make up 3/4 of our planet -- all of us have much to learn from our Island cousins about respecting each other & caring for our environment. Jason Momoa, Dwayne "Rock"Johnson, President Obama & others are trying to teach & warn us of our responsibilities to the animals and Earth. I pray in this new year of 2019 that we listen!!

I may not be Polynesian by birth, but since I was a child, I've always been close to my islander brothers and sisters. Be it Chamorro, Tahitian, Pinoy to the mighty and proud Kānaka maoli, Hawaiʻi maoli and Samoans and Māori and more. And as ohana we are all one tribe under the sun. I was honored when a lone Māori, preformed his solo Haka as protest to the Dakota pipeline for Standing Rock (which hit home because I am a proud decent of both the mighty tribes of Navajo and Sioux) And to watch him do that, helped me truly understand just how connected we are as a people. Kaikun need, not only are you my spirit animal/guide but like all whom have known struggle, you stand firm in what you believe in. In your teachings and life lessons and I thank you for all that you do. Mahalo with all my heart and soul. What a great example you are to young children Jason, or should I say, "Aquaman!"... This is exactly what it means to truly embrace your culture, have true knowledge of exactly who you are and to be so very proud of who you are... I wish everyone would feel this way about themselves (proud and love thyself) and would be a decent example to their own children, but first showing and learning to respect yourself and other people is the most important first step - constant kindness. You are all of this and just such a humble, extremely passionate and incredible man. If you always remain with goodness, who you are... humble, respectful, gracious and grateful and don't let fame ever make your head become too big😀... you will continue to always be blessed and fans will continue to love and support you☺!
Jason..., your mother, as a single parent, did an EXCELLENT job raising you! You may not realize how much you are displaying to the world how she raised you, but you are! So I'm very proud of her! And YES! You are definitely one of a kind in Hollywood, because no other actor has ever been so humble, playful, bashful(which is so darn cute😆) and extremely respectful, gracious and kind to everyone, especially to their fans☺. Such a tough business... because fans can make you for years or break you if you are an actor, and sadly most actors head became too big, they no longer show their kindness, their great smile, appreciation and must have forgotten this about Fans! ☺💕 Blessings to you and your family!
