Hi Everyone! I have a new website! GlutenFreeHabit.com. It's a great place to see and print all of my recipes. I hope you'll take a minute to check it out! Thanks so much for watching, liking, and subscribing :)
I got to try the GF chicken nuggets recipe out today for dinner, and it was absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely do it again come Super Bowl Sunday! 💖
Thank you for this recipe. I tried it using 1/2 c. for the bag, and 3/4 c. for the bowl of the 1-1 gluten-free baking flour only. I used olive oil and part butter to fry, and it came out great. This is the second recipe that I have tried from this website. I am so excited about trying another recipe. This recipe is a keeper.
Here’s my gluten free story! I started in fifth grade and stopped my senior year of high school, and just recently I mulled over going back and I’m starting my gluten free diet back up again after so many years of processed food and brain fog!
Thank you for those wonderful gluten free recipes .. they are all amazing.. I love the way you explain how to make them, in a very simple and a detailed way. 👍👍👍
Hi! Thank you so much for the videos you share/create! You've made our GF journey much more tasty! Question: for the flour part, can I use the gluten free all purpose flour mix by Pillsbury instead of the 2 types of flour you used?
I just found you channel and I am excited to try the nuggets! But for now I shall go see what other types of videos you have. Your channel name made me chuckle. Being gluten free is not a "habit" for me but a necessity if I was to live nd breathe. If it is a choice for you I'm happy for you to have that freedom if push came to shove. I loved the video and I shall go watch more now!
Hi Rebecca! I'm glad you're enjoying the videos! A habit is a regular practice or routine...whether it's optional or not :) My son has Celiac disease, so for us, it's not optional. However, within the Gluten Free Habit community, you will find many reasons why people are eating gluten free (from sensitivity to allergy to Celiac to personal choice, etc.). Whatever the reason, it's really nice to be able to come together with a common goal - delicious and safe gluten free foods! Thanks for commenting...and welcome!!
Thanks for the recipe! I have tried it for both nuggets and strips of chicken and it works great. Nice and crunchy. But I was wondering if you have ever tried it for a fish fry? Or would any recipe alterations have to be made? Keep up the good work!
Hi - I think it should work really well. Since you posted this a month ago I'm sure you've had success with it already. If you get time, please share your results so everyone can benefit from your idea :)
Can I also use Rice flour and Tapioca starch as a gluten free substitute to make Buffalo wings? And can I use the cornstarch instead the tapioca starch?

Hi Mervat...you are so kind! Thank you :)
Behold the dawn of the nuggets.
Thanks for the great tips about slightly freezing the chicken. It is so much easier to cut and work with firm chicken.

Thanks Cristina! So glad you enjoyed them!
Tnx for this recipe
You're welcome! I hope you enjoy them :)
Is the shallow fry the best option here for cooking them, or could a drop down fry work? Might require a longer and lower temp to cook.
