This is really great thanks. Can you please advise how I can calculate the confidence intervals for the bias on excel to supplement what's done in the video?

Can you please explain how to interpret BA plot???

@@Swapnildoc The idea is to investigate the agreement between two quantitative measurements. And to do this you construct limits of agreement which are calculated by using the mean and the standard deviation. The resulting graph illustrate the difference between the two measurements plotted against the mean of the two measurements. Let’s say you are comparing an agreement between measured and target value. An ideal model would claim that the measured and target value gave exactly the same result. So, in that case the differences would be equal to zero. But in almost any measurement of variables results in some degree of error. The closer the mean difference (bias) to zero, the better the agreement between two measurements. Another thing to consider is the limits of agreement which estimate the interval that a portion of differences between the two measurements should lie within. In other words, 95% of the differences between the two measures is expected to be within the values described by the 95% limits of agreement. The wider limits of agreement suggest less precision and less agreement between the two measurements.

Thanks, this is very helpful. Can we remove the dots after we put the line between them, so they do not appear awkward?

When you are presenting the graph, I would suggest to keep them on to show your upper and lower limit of agreement. The middle line will only show you your mean of differences. But you can change the width, type, size etc of your lines as you wanted for better appearance :)
