First on the front area we see a open sit out with enough spacing. Now we moving to the living area Moving to the dining area, Next let us check dining hall, Now we can check the bedrooms. See the first bedroom arrangements. It is a spacious bedroom with attached bath.
Moving to second bedroom, we see almost same design as previous one and bath attached. Next we move to the stair leading to the open terrace,
The dining leads to the open kitchen. Here we see shelf, racks and a small space for ironing table. The kitchen extended to the work area.

It's only construction cost what about the site cost
As a civil engineer I know it is possible ( only basic construction work) . The problem with them is they show the house with fully furnished , interiorised every time which is simply misleading. And there same old reply which is " it is possible in Kerala " irritate me every time. They should add the furniture /interior price details or show what they done at the price they mentioning.
And your same reply like it is possible in kerela irritates me ,like all the construction materials are available at a cheaper price in Kerala.
And if it is true,why can't they take order and start constructing in other parts of india also.

Kitchen has occupied maximum space which doesn't require I feel and instead of that they could have given space for living area as it looks like waiting room.

The planning /design is very cautiously done. There is no wastage of space. Dimensions are not given. Video and Audio presentation is excellent. Space consciously planned with decent outlook. With best compliments.

Guys buy a land in a agricultural land, a huge piece wud be for 5 laks , a simple hoise with 2 bedrooms can be built in 5 to 10 lacs ,I know this is possible in Udupi, samae could be possible in Kerala

Overall ratings could be given 6 out of 10. The building is a kind of emotional mix of contemporary, western and the old musilim cultured house , which is kind of lit . The exterior view us mind blowing the interior especially living room and the lighting is quite good . They tried to creat the perfection in its atmost beauty . Stairs are typical western villa kind , living room is old musilim cultured style and everything else is very ordinary . They could have changed the cot and the closest to get an astonishing view . And the hanging curtain could have made a better view for them . Overall it's lit 🔥. At this present stage when considering everything the house building cost will be minimum 30 lakhs or so on ... Cement price hike , labour charge ....,..

With such extremely tiny living area and bedrooms one will regret later that we could have built it bigger and better. Living area is the most important place in ones house where all the family members spend lot more time together. Description says 5 cent of land where is the rest of it.
You got the actual point SirJi, unlike other people who are whining about the cost. For 20 Lacs, this can be the maximum possible, it would obviously be a squeezed carpet area. It's a total compromise and if the owner is a family man, he will definitely regret. If he is a bachelor or a couple only for life, this one is good enough for them though.

living room should always be big spacious one , this house has cheap one ,with wooden wall giving it a cheap look. rest is great and should have an option to extend the house with first floor in future

Drawing room so small. And bedrooms aren't so lively. And kitchen means stove to be kept but here stove in work area. And why work area bigger than kitchen? Planning is nt good. Stair case can be kept outside. Why waste so much space in the portico?
