Prism launcher is essentially MultiMC but still being updated. It supports downloading mods from ATLauncher, CurseForge, FTB, Modrinth, and even Technic. While it shares the same learning curve as MultiMC, it is by far the most capable.
Yeah i wish i had been able to try it, im trying to figure how to use it for a different video.
@@Fixiond1 hey mate! try with the MINGW version or try installing vcredist 2022, by looking up just that you'll find the download link online

@@Fixiond1 I think it could potentially due to the fact that you have MultiMC installed at the same time.
I mostly agree, but 1 thing on modrinth. On windows 10 it works fine, no issues really, but on linux it has several issues. The whole program is usable but very laggy, and has a bug were if you go into the logs of a profile it'll completely freeze the app and make it unresponsive. For me it just becomes a gray window, no icons or anything, I can't seem to kill it unless I restart.
prism sweeps its not even close, you could maybe file a bug report if you still have issues launching it

the problem with GDlauncher is that its making a partnership with curserforge/overwolf and in the next updates it will most likely implement bloatware
Yeah i really liked how they were doing things, but i guess they have to make money

There is a version of the curseforge launcher that doesn't have the overwolf bloatware, its called the standalone version and its a small link on the download page, Still i prefer to use prism gaucher tho

feather and lunar client arent rly modpack compatible and they have many useless features. Lunar is actually kinda good if u want a 1.8.9 pvp launcher and can't be bothered to setup a forge pack for 1.8.9 pvp ( althought the latter is better imo )
Yeah but especially lunar is trying to get mod player to play on lunar plus I thought it would be cool just to tell people about 😀
There's a polish launcher called Crystal Launcher, you can set different languages in it, its incredibely fuckin easy to use, u have already build in some modpacks including modpacks of popular polish youtubers from long ago, has all build in vanilla and snapshots, you can import modpacks from modrinth or curseforge from withing the launcher and if im not mistaking crystal launcher weights less thant Curseforge and modrinth launchers combined. You can also install mods to your own pack without having to launch the game first.
