One of the best guitarist and vocalist of all rock and roll time
I don’t care how bad of a day I might be having anytime I hear this song and watch Joe perform they both always have a way of picking me up and making me smile- Rock On Joe.
Check out Daryl's House with Joe Walsh.
@@ChiSam_521yeah, I have seen it before, it is really good. 👍
@@keith455-73 What makes it beyond cool, is that some of these artists that jam with Daryl (Tommy Shaw, Kenny Loggins) way over-think it, and try to direct all the parts beforehand to preserve 'their' song...whereas Joe Walsh just does Joe Walsh, and let's everyone else do whatever they do.
That confidence is very noticeable, and everyone involved looks better as a result.
You couldn’t be more right about Joe and Life’s Been Good to Me so FAR❤
Amen... Rock on Joe!!
I absolutely love Joe Walsh!! He has the biggest heart and has helped countless US Veterans!! He is selfless and constantly doing for others!! America would be very fortunate to have more as giving, thoughtful and kind as Joe Walsh!! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
I love Joe Walsh! ❤️❤️
Thank god for Joe Walsh. Love this bloke❤
Thanks for All your Great music Joe Walsh, Keep Rock n Rolling Your music will live on Forever!!!😊 😮
Joe Walsh is probably the most underrated guitarist of all time. He's literally responsible for a vast amount of electric rock guitar's total vocabulary. I can't watch TV for 5 minutes without hearing an echo of this man.
LEGEND; simply a national treasure.
I agree with the man ho said Joe is Absolutely fantastic guitarist one of my favourite guitarist
That's for the music Joe
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Unlike a lot of old rockers,…. He can still sing and hit those high notes
I love this song.....we heard it playing when we put my husband's ashes in the ocean...... Kevin loved Joe's music especially this song....
It was so awesome and spiritual!!! Thank You Joe!!!❤😊❤😊❤😊
How sweet...
Quite seriously one of the most underrated guitar players of all time..Thanks for everything Joe
You’re not underrated when (the late) Glen Frey chooses you-after Bernie went he said ‘We may lose a bit on the vocals, but hey, we got Joe Walsh’!
The problem is the people who judge the greatest guitarist of all time don't know shit the list is never ending joe is right up there with everyone of them
Amazing how many people don't understand the word 'underrated'. How can you be underrated when you are a member of the Eagles.
Joe Walsh is a FUCKING LEGEND! This dude blew my mind 2 weeks ago @ HardRock in Lauderdale. He's now 75 and still slaying. 💯
How many people know who slash is just by seeing his face? How many people in the US would be able to ID Joe Walsh by seeing his face? I assume it would be a much smaller number. That's why he's underrated. Much better guitarist than Slash
This man is an absolute legend
Not only a great guitarist but a great human being too 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Joe has a unique sound that can't be mistaken the guy is just made for stage - thanks joe many happy hours just bathing in your music.
I couldn't have said it better. Your comment 100%
Hell yea!!!
Pino's smile when Joe starts playing
Yeah, it's called having no teeth.
73 years old. Still plays and lives in his 20s. Rock Royalty.
Me too. 74 next week but I can't get enough of JW. I wish I had seen him live.
Still one of the best! And he tells it the way it is, he lived his life for sure.
This is what American Music Heros look and sound like! 🍺😎👍
Really? 🤔 😊✌️👋🇬🇧
Joe Walsh was, is and always will bad ass
Joe has always been One hell of A guitar player. One of the greatest. Top notch!!! Been listening to him all my life. I’m 51 now. He plays with heart and soul. His side job should’ve been a comedian. He’s so freaking funny it’s incredible. Watch his interviews. You’re guaranteed to laugh.
The waa waaas 😁
Mate he is a legend , fantastic on every level, and he makes that guitar play so good. They are all warriors of music at the top of any gain in 100 years . Masters
Your spot on, joe is a warrior with the guitar,?top of the shop
@@Jonesy1969 forgot to switch accounts
Joe knows!!!! Very inspiring words that start with my actions first. Thanks for the helpful tunes!!!
When I was in college I saw a picture of the eagles . Joe wore a red bandanna. I thought this was tops. . I HAD A CRUSH ON. HIM . HE HAD AN UNCANNY WAY . WHEN HE PLAYED THE GUITAR HE WOULD MAKE FACES . I really liked that bandanna. Now to see him I look back with nostalgia at that time in my life. Thank you ,joe.
70 years young now. Still listening to Joe and riding my old harley
You don't need AI, lights, sexy dancing girls or a million-dollar production team. If you have talent you have it :)
❤️ you are so right!!
One of the best versions I have heard, so wanted it to continue 😃😎🔊
Ladies and Gentlemen, This is The One and Only Mister Joe Walsh, on The Lead Guitar
And lead vocals
This song harkens back to a time when time when every group was unique in sound and image unlike Today's carbon copy taylor swift
There he goes! Inspiration to thousands of garage bands! At least in my neighborhood!
The Eagles were Fantastic. Then Joe Walsh joined the Band. Their Sound changed and became more Rock oriented. Co-incidentally The Eagles became even MORE Successful and sold more records, made even more money. Thank You Joe, for YOUR MUSIC and the influence on the Eagles. I loved the Old Eagles, but The Joe Walsh era Eagles are/were Magnificent!!
Not only is Joe a legendary guitarist, he's a hell of a comedian too. 😄
this sounds cool after all these years Joe still rocks ACE

Awesome song. Saw him at Murrayfield in 2022 with the Eagles. Highlight of the night 'man I've gotta say being in your 20s in the 70s was so much better than being in your 70s in the 20s'.
Great analogy...
Huge ! Thanks for sharing that .
😂
😂 Agreed!
Joe Walsh he is Joe Walsh... Nothing else. Pure.
Joe 18months sober today. Thank you for your inspiration and support Brian
Keep it up
the world is a better place with JOE WALSH IN IT,thanks for giving up the dope joe,the world loves you
Joe Walsh is fantastic! So happy for you getting sober. Its definitely worth it! One day at a time
1:55 😂
😂
This man is the reason I love the Eagles, don't get me wrong one of the best bands ever but the mans a legend
i love the faces he makes when he plays the guitar. he is a great player. i am so glad he is not drinking anymore.
I 2nd that. I luv J Walsh too!
Oh yes
@Christopher Agan uh
One of the best!
Never plays it the same way twice. Always changes something in the guitar structure and the lyrics. And still makes it sound like it belongs in there. He's a damn fine musician.
Tim Paradis ex act ly
Tim Paradis, I agree! And that's what shows how talented and gifted a musician is....just one on one with his guitar, his way!
Joe doesn’t like “perfect” music created by machines. I’ve heard him say that music should not be perfect. Love his imperfections!
one of the best
That’s the case with most well practiced creative musicians. I saw Jerry Garcia perform any number of songs dozens of times without ever playing them exactly the same. I especially loved it when he’d completely change the key multiple times within a song. Sometimes he’d play a melody with a lot of double stops and the next time with a lot of whole tone bends. Sometimes he’d play a song and purposely not play any quarter notes. It kept things fresh for him and for us.
I’m a Brit. I have always enjoyed the humour in the lyrics as well as the outstanding soundtrack that has stood the test of time as all classic songs do.
This song picks me up when I am down. Sure I'm not a rock star...but..."life's been good to me so far". Thanks Joe.
How can you not like this guy ... What a opening rift - very raw and totally original ..
His talent got overshadowed as a member of the Eagles. We are so lucky that he went solo to display his talent. Unique vocalist and an even better guitarist.
Just great! A gringo guitar player at Los cabos. Life is good of you know how, groovie🎉
I FLIPPIN LOVE HOW HE'S THE GUTAIR(SIC?)❤❤❤❤❤❤
What I like best is that Solo you can hear his influence in The Eagles very clearly and he has had that sound since he was a kid. Only the best of the best have their own unique sound. When you hear an opening note instantly you know who it is. Its a rare and wonderful thing that only true Fans understand.
Even more so when it’s not even a fan, just because you like real music
I always loved his songs! So glad he cleaned up and is still going!!!! He is the riff master!!!!
i may only be 24 but thanx to my dad this is the kind of music i grew up to.... in my opinion some of the best style of music even today
Cory Clark You're right. I'm mid 40s, and I am aware of not trying to sound like a "fuddy duddy" type, but this is just one of many examples of why Classic Rock is called CLASSIC. It never goes out of style. Nothing like it.
I'm 20. But me too! Shoutout to all the dads saving their children everywhere!!
Cory Clark heck, I'm 16, but because of my dad, this is the music I grew up on, the golden age of music
Cory Clark A lot of us aging boomer dads REALLY wanted our kids to hear and know the good music of my generation.
My son is 29, in graduate school, and has a great future.
He also plays drums in a new wave/pop band in Nashville -- think Nicky Lowe -- and his favorite artists are Gram Parsons and especially Lou Reed. His drummer heroes are Keith Moon, John Bonham, and Levon Helm.
I pushed my musical tastes on him a bit, but he's a truly a "free-range" kid, and I"m proud of that one accomplishment.
I hope ALL of you are "free-range" kids whose dads (and/or moms) turned you on to the good stuff.
+Ralph Noyes That's definitely the situation with me. I'm 15 and my parents gave me lots of exposure to all types of music as a kid. I listened to a lot of their old CDs in the car. Apparently I always took a liking to classic rock, even as a little kid. My dad recently took me to see Paul McCartney, which has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. Props to you for teaching your child to love all kinds of music :)
One of the greatest
A most excellent rendition, I grew up listening to Joe and all the other greats. Love those pants 😂
Joe is amazing - one of my all-time favorites. But, let’s not overlook the fact that Pino Palladino is back there holding together the rhythm section. If you don’t recognize that name, look him up. The Who, John Mayer Trio, Don Henley, Jeff Beck. Dude’s a BEAST!
Also Nine inch nails and Gary Numan and many others.
A natural master at his craft making it look effortless.
I met this man when I was 15. He was actually at a movie theatre watching a movie alone while in town on tour. My sister worked there. She brought me over there to meet a "real" musician. I had NO IDEA who he was...but we all talked for awhile and hung out after the theatre closed. I kept giggling. He was soooo funny...he gave me his album and signed it, with a sweet little message on it, "to my youngest fan Megan, life's been good but don't do anything
I'd DO. Lol! I had no clue at the time what he meant but now I understand!
Great story ! I would love to hang with Joe 😀
Love SteveClark haha that’s an awesome story! What year did that happen?
Love SteveClark that. Is. Wonderful.
You’re one very lucky person. I would pass out if I met Joe Walsh.
Excellent story
Crazy man super talent.
Thanks for all the songs Joe.......rock on.....peace.
Joe just makes your day a little brighter !
Joe I want a hug. Go figure i had a lapse in memory. Your truly special. Happy New Year 2024
Maaany yrs ago, being a good son I'd pick up Mom on Saturday (she being widowed then) and take her doing her errands. I had Joe on CD in my minivan. She hears the lyirics "tear up the walls, I have accountants pay for it all". She says "that's being responsible". Imma gonna dig out my vinyl LPs.
Excellent!!
Perfect Pitch, great, Unsurpassed Musician, fan since beginning and forever
Best guitar man in the world!
'member in 94 and these guys get back together! Saw it first on Cable and then recorded it in September 1994. Best they ever did, and they made the best of it. They even said when "Hell freezes Over"...
love this funny crazy man hes a natural for sure wish the;re were more like him
I have this on 45”…used to play this in our sixth form when I was at school… great song..🙂
I saw him do this with the Eagles in Sydney Australia last Thursday night , 14/03 /19 . and loved it
I've been so into his music. Can I have a hug
There great love it!!❤😅
Joe, I’m so happy you’re clean now. Your music is better than ever and you are so funny. We love ya man! God bless you.
Life has been good to him so far , but he has made it good for us also , because he has given us songs like this !
Stays a very super song Joe Walsh! And Steve Balsamo in the backing vocals can't be more great!!!! :-)
He’s handsome for me, with his charms on his fingers at his guitar…wow!!!
Walsh is one of the chosen few that makes an iconic anthem, and is cemented in musical history.
Who can ever forget "I like big tits"
Kelvin Wilson Superb analysis, shithead.
true fact , virtual friend 5 years on.
are you still alive
☮
from Canterbury U.K.
Legend!! Need I say more. 👍🙏👌
You did it, Joe. All the hard work you put in paid off. All the best!
Great Welsh backing singers and Pino Palladino to boot! Jo can’t go wrong .
50 years ago I used to see Joe play the local high schools, ski lodge, swim club and malls in Akron, Ohio. And like he says in the song, he really hasn't changed. He was always a great guy who would stop and talk to you. He was so funny and a phenomenal guitarist that Pete Townshend said was America's answer to Britain's flash guitarists.
One of the best songs I’ve heard in a long while fantastic
JERSEY JOE WALSH !!! Many Greats from New Jersey, USA. But the best is JOE WALSH !!! Thank You Joe !!!
Saw him at the Winterland Barnstorm. Did James Gang songs. Outstanding show!!!! One of the best I've ever enjoyed enjoyed
Lol only he can pull off singing and chewing gum simultaneously! He's like the fun, talented, crazy uncle of the family. He was funny on the Drew Carey Show too. Also watch him on Daryl Hall's "live from Daryl's House" for great duets and spontaneous jams.
This guy lives his music, gotta love and respect that !
Major Buisson fucking eh👍🏼👊🏼👍🏼
Joe Walsh is good looking and a great singer. Love this song.
This song , This is Joe Walsh , This is all of Joe Walsh hitting eardrums with sound that makes you crave, and thirst , it takes one away , makes one feel all teary eyed ,with amazement and thankfulness.. Totally In Love with his sound that pours forth. Such stunning Magic
Excellent quality!!!! Can't stop putting the headphones on and rocking out!!! Saw him Poughkeepsie NY last weekend !!
Such a cool song!! And so cool to see a band just relax and jam out, to care in the world.
He just rocks on and on nuff said,
Just the greatest.i am a man from the 60's.....just love it.the best ever
WOW GREAT I remember this way back in the original airplay years, It's TimeLess!!! Thanx Joe
Joe is like the boy next door who plays guitar amazingly!!
He's in his room for hours just enjoying his guitar!
The man is a national treasure.
The best ever.
When you play as long and as well as this guy ,thats when you become the greatest ,love the Eagles he is one reason why i do ,huge yes from me go Jo
joe Walsh and Jimmy Pagw (friends) were the two guitarists that made me buy a cheap acoustic and begin to play. That was about 35 years ago, and I am holding my favorite Les Paul and playing alomg here in the final days of this Godawful 2020. Hopeful New year everyone!!!!
Aint't he wonderful ?? I reckon Joe must be the most loved guitarist on this God forsaken planet...
One of the most tasteful guitarists out there in RnR
There is no greater joy, for someone who enjoys great guitar playing, to watch (not just hear) a great guitar player becoming one with his craft. Joe Walsh is truly a master of his instrument!
Dam 🦫… Slow Hands got nothing on joe… Way to rock ‘n’ roll, my brother ! HNY 2024 from Niagara Falls New Yorkusa
Love Joe Walsh ......
Great track: bought the LP on the strength of that single. Good to see me old mate Pino on bass :)
HiWatt, Mesa Boogie, Fender tubed amps...... I'm in heaven listening to this. Oh, Joe's good too!
The short brunette singer adds the good visuals.
Love him! Saw him in concert. Wish I was his guitar & he was playing me!
Great player, and still has his voice!
I seen joe in 75 or 76 in Phoenix at the celebrity theater and a couple years ago at house of blues at Mandalay Bay. Still sounds awesome.
An amazing musician been listening to him for many years all his music is top notch the confessor is another great song
Oh yes! One of a kind live experience.
Joe Walsh - Life's Been Good (HQ ) Very good video and a great classic song !!
