I did this meditation on a not so good day and the visuals and the music made my day lighter. I did this meditation again today while holding a piece of black tourmaline in my hand and I could feel the negative energy being absorbed into the piece and then releasing positive energy back into my body. This will become a common practice for me in the days to come. Thank you so much for this wonderful meditation.
