  • Cole Kramer was ready to take on one of the hardest mountain hunts in the world - brutal elements and all. But it wasn’t just the trophy-sized blue sheep that drove him there, it was the hunt for the entire experience - the arduous journey, the unique culture, and the incredible people he’d meet along the way.

    Stunning, I’m to the point where I get emotional watching these they hit so hard and close. “I’d like to learn from him, and maybe there are a few things I can teach him as well.”
    What an amazing outlook on life itself. Near or far, these films shows us at our core, we are no different from one another. Loved this, thanks Yeti.

    Cole Kramer... Don't change what you're doing to find someone to settle down with. Guys like you are made to be out in the wild. You'll find someone who wants to do the same or will at least support you to do it. The old saying was created for a reason. "you can take the guy out of the wild, but not the wild out of the guy." As Cam Hanes would say... Keep Hammering!

    I love how Yeti does not focus on the killing aspect of hunting. It is not killing an animal that brings us back year after year, it is the memories, camaraderie, and beautiful places that hunting takes us that leaves us longing for more

      @bioches Před 6 lety +2

      Disclaimer: I'm an avid hunter. If killing isn't what brings you back why shoot the animal? You can still travel and vacation without killing.

    • @mattmitchell6199
      @mattmitchell6199 Před 6 lety +3

      I'm not saying that the killing isn't important, but I am saying that it is not the MOST important aspect for me. I do enjoy taking an animals life because of the food and joy that it brings me, but hunting is so much more than just killing. Some of my best and most memorable hunts were hunts where I never harvested an animal. Just my opinion

    Stunning film and I thought it was superb filmed in B&W. The film put into words why we hunt internationally; the adventures, different cultures and the highs and lows of the hunt. Respect for the people we hunt with, they have life stories too... and respect for the animals whose lives we take. Oider mature animals die so dollars can go back to preserve the habitat for keeping naur in the mountains of Nepal today, and for tomorrow.

    This was so beautifully done it really spoke to something deep within me. Having hunted professionally for many years and having spent a fair amount of time in Nepal I think I can comprehend better than most the incredible privilege it is to be able to hunt for Blue Sheep in Nepal. This story treated the whole issue of hunting and the people associated with so much respect and care that I think it should be compulsory viewing in professional hunting schools around the world. Well done guys really beautiful.
