Em’s Oatmeal Stout
8 lbs Golden Promise
1 lb Vienna Malt
.75 lbs Roasted Barley
.5 lbs Flaked Oats
.5 lbs Victory Malt
6 oz. Black Patent Malt
.5 lbs Lactose Sugar
Mash @ 152
1 oz Fuggle hops @ 60 and 5 minutes
S-04 English Ale Yeast

Ricky, what temp did you mash at? Sparge temp? I'm assuming 152 mash and 168 sparge. boil for 60 at ferment at 68-72??
You are correct! 152 mash and 168 sparge. I ferment my ales at 66-68 degrees F.
