And it gives you diarrea, right? That's the whole "cleanse" part.
also it doesn’t cleanse anything. your body cleanses it’s self and going overboard with antioxidants doesn’t make it cleanse faster or better
@@arionas26 If only more people knew that. I know a guy who "cleanses" his body by consuming nothing but vinegar and tea once every couple of months. He gets really sick every time and thinks it's a good sign because he's getting rid of toxins or some shit.

Also much research point to that the body cleanse itself by just eating healthy, a juice cleanse is therefore not necessary
carston toedter the real problem is no fiber. fiber helps to release sugars into the body slowly, and without it the sugar spikes and your body is like ????

If you prepare the juices yourself at home then it’s pretty healthy for you. You just need to buy a juice machine for certain vegetables and fruits

I love Pressed Juicery- I've done the cleanse 4-5 times in the last few years. I love that they do seasonal flavors and will give you samples before you buy the whole bottle. However, I actually feel like it ends up being too much in one day, it's so hard to drink that much liquid back to back.
