Make sure not to overcook the noodles.. you just have to boil it for 1 minute then check the texture by tapping 1 noodle with your finger.. if it's solid but cuts off easily then turn off the heat and drain water and wash with cold water.. You don't want to overcook the noodles.. it'll taste mushy like bread dough and it won't really taste good

Fun fact: in Indonesia, there are actually two different Indomie Mie Goreng variations for different areas. For Java, it has chili sauce and fried onions, but in Kalimantan (Borneo in other languages), it has no chili sauce (replaced with chili powder) and fried onion. Not sure for other areas. But this doesn't apply to the jumbo version and this version is the same as the Java variation
