They sell it separately cause some people don’t want the stainless steal door. They want a custom door that matches the rest of their cabinet. Similar to what we did with our dish washer… we bought the door separately 🫠
@@nmpoy that's what they do... If u don't want the door, then u don't have to buy it lol. The pricing isn't the same between with the door & without lol
Do a video on your organizational process to the fridge. I love the video as I'm one of those people that would love to be more organized but find issue with developing a plan..
Hell yes we want to see the freezer! I would love to see all of your fridge/freezers and a pantry tour. Im nosey as hell and LOVE to see what people have in their kitchens, how they store it and everything that comes along with that.
$6500 for just the fridge 😱 that’s an investment and I’m assuming that’s includes a lifetime warranty. It’s a beautiful fridge and I love the shelves and compartments. I just recently got a new fridge and my budget was only in $1,500 range 😅
Lol! We just did an upgrade of our kitchen and after 20 years bought all new appliances- We were shocked by $$$$- We bought a Frigidaire side by side $1500 and we thought we were being too fancy😂😂😂 My sister in law bought an ElectraLux for $6500 and it is huge-
I have “inherited” two expensive refrigerators, both had tons of problems, that were part of bad design. Ice forming around the cooling coils of both, though different makers. I went with a $1,500 one, works great, and lost only 1.2 cubic feet of space. I keep my condiments and other such (pickled veg) in an old fridge in the basement.
I would rather spend the money on two fridges, one goes out you can move stuff. I have my second one in the garage next to a commercial deep sink. I love that sink.
It's gorgeous, and I get it if you cook a lot and need someone good, but that is a lot of money for just a fridge, so that thing better last for life. We have a high-end Amana with fridge on top, freezer on bottom, that is over 20 yo that we paid a pretty penny for it at the time (nearly $1,000 was a lot of money back then, and we didn't get the stainless steel), then had it serviced recently, and it still works amazingly. During lockdown, we bought a cheap fridge only to put in the garage to store drinks and extra food that had yet to be prepped, and a fairly large deep freezer for frozen meat, dumplings and other goodies. I started using glass containers years ago because I kept having to replace my plastic ones too often, even if they were BPA-free, because of odors and staining from the foods we had (curry and spicy stuff is killer on containers). But, like my ceramic knives, they are pretty much off limits to everyone but me. Oh, and definitely yes to the freezer tour.
Here I'm thinking, "damn that's a HUGE fridge!!" then you say "I have drinks in a completely different fridge" WHATTTTT GIRL, WHAT!? I strive for that kinda fridge life lmao 😂❤️
@@coconutparadise I only Joked about the crab thing cause she talks about the price in her videos…so yeah the context was because of finances lol. It’s a joke though so…..
A custom fridge is an investment and will last basically forever. Buy crab over and over and that gets very expensive, especially if you have more than 2 people.
I’m always amazed at people that have full fridges like this. Mine is usually pretty empty, we eat everything I get from the grocery store within 2-3 days, I can’t afford massive grocery hauls
@@matemahe That’s not weeks worth of food if you cook 3x everyday. And what I say cook I didn’t mean pb&j or kraft mac and cheese. Plus,, massive grocery haul is cheaper
We don't eat out much, so having a full fridge like this is a must. We're probably not as wealthy as they are, but we can do large grocery hauls. I prep a lot of food, and I always have enough to make a casual meal for visitors if necessary. Much of what I have is condiments, too, because I cook foods from various cultures, and, for me, something like Chinese soy sauce (light and dark) are different from Japanese or Korean soy sauce. Also, I'm lactose-intolerant, but the rest of my family are not, so different milks are in the fridge.
Man I should’ve played video games way more as a child, because her husband makes bank. My poor butt refrigerator and freezer are still all in one. Lmao! Keep up the great cooking and parenting
I squeezed and zested several lemons for homemade lemon jello. Eating it now and it's soo good I heard myself saying yumeeeeee! Like the little gremlin I am. I blame you 😊❤
Would love a link to where you get your glass containers from! I prefer glass especially since its doesn't stain or lock in certain smells from more pungent foods 😄
It looks so organized but it costs 6,500 FOR JUST THE DAMN FRIDGE AND YOU HAVE TO BUY THE DOOR FOR 800 LIKE DAMN And can we all take a moment to see the glorious Ketchup shirt
god damn, that's an expensive fridge a lot more than I would have thought, cuz mine is similar, but smaller I'm guessing, and it was nowhere near that price I had to think twice if I understood the number correctly, with my non native English lol, thought maybe she said 650 but yeah, it's pretty nice and fancy and the organization is just chefs kiss
I rent an old house and our fridge only has three shelves that are not only shorter in length but half as tall 😭 No wonder we're always struggling without any room, I even use storage bins to maximize the amount of food we can shove in there. We do have a small entirely separate freezer, though, mainly for ice so we can have cold drinks and desserts. That and it's next to a window so the cats can look outside lol.
Why are we skipping over the fact that you have to BUY THE DOOR SEPARATELY!?!?
I was thinking the same thing.
They sell it separately cause some people don’t want the stainless steal door. They want a custom door that matches the rest of their cabinet. Similar to what we did with our dish washer… we bought the door separately 🫠
@@alissanguyen_ oh they scamming scamming. door should be included. if you don’t want a door, then they remove it from the price and item
@@nmpoy that's what they do... If u don't want the door, then u don't have to buy it lol. The pricing isn't the same between with the door & without lol
Because it’s a custom door, not just a plain stainless door.
Glass containers for the win. Easy to wash, dishwasher safe and no staining. Love an organized fridge.❤️❤️👍🏼

So would I! 😁

Solid organization layout. I like the bin that is for the misfit veggies, aka partially used. They always get lost, don't they!

I keep my produce in the bag too, definitely keeps the drawer clean 👍
Stuff like spuds and onion will do better getting emptied out into something and not be in plastic.
They get moldy faster because of the humidity. It's not a good idea.
