That first story with the lady bar-hopping in Greece was pretty compelling! The psychological aspect of it made it so interesting yet eerie.
Most stories on this channel are scary because they hit close to home and are relatable, or are entirely paranormal and it's the fear of the unknown that terrifies.
But this story is a combination of relatable and paranormal, which is why it's so captivating to me.
One of the best stories I've ever heard, and it reminds me of the type of stories I used to see on a fantastic show called, "Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction"

The fact that the creepy guy from the third story had NO criminal history NOT EVEN A TICKET and was able to pull all the stuff he did off was crazy, and it shows just how smart and scary people can be.
That makes the story sound suspicious. Most people have at least a parking ticket or a speeding ticket, and this clearly wasn't his first time doing something like this, so it seems really suspicious he had no criminal history at all.

@anthonymontes1500 One of the MANY reasons why I will NEVER go on a cruise ship is because the ships are on international waters therefore if a crime occurs while they're at sea, there's virtually nothing that can be done from a legal standpoint.

The girl in the second story sounds so annoying. Made fun of her friend for forgetting her drink while she forgot her phone, brings up her other friends weight MULTIPLE times when it had 0 relevance to the story, couldn’t understand why someone would take a phone without planning to return it, saying it would ruin the entire trip when it literally won’t and having multiple meltdowns over losing it, she’s just ruining it for her friends by acting like a child. You can tell she’s shallow and conceited.

That first story is a breath of fresh air - the psychological aspect breaks the mold for most Mr nightmare stories I think (saw something scary, chased, ran away, etc…)

the girl in the second story strikes me as vain, superficial, and like she’s used to getting her way. i get panicking after losing your phone-for my generation it’s like a lifeline, and the idea of having no immediate way to contact others and connect to the rest of the world is surprisingly inconceivable the moment you lose that access-but i don’t see any rationale for bringing her “friend’s” weight into the narrative and calling her fatty. it’s totally irrelevant to the story and just makes OP sound catty, petty, and immature as if she dislikes people simply for who they are as opposed to their (perceived) actions.

It's not very often that Mr Nightmare puts out a good psychological horror story but the lady in the first story is definitely a good one. It's clear that her trauma from losing Antonio haunted her and even more so doing something that he would have loved. Her grief actually took the physical form of the mystery man she had been seeing at all the different locations while always wearing the same outfit.
Now THAT is an excellent theory, but I have two little questions: why was that man not in Turkey? Does it have something to do with the fact that Greece and Turkey detest each other or something related to that?
@@benhutchinson6944No, here's what I'm thinking. She states in her story that Greece is the place that Antonio always wanted to go with her. Trauma and grief have a hard effect on a person. I think that subconsciously Turkey didn't bother her because that wasn't a part of Greece. The man also appears at Maria's wedding, which is held in Athens, Greece. Shelby's trauma and guilt from losing Antonio took the form of a man that would haunt her but only while visiting Greece. Which is why when she tried to run after him he disappeared, because the man haunting her doesn't actually exist. Just her unresolved pain haunting her.

About story two: I was completely completely thrown off the point of this by the fact that they felt that they needed to mention this woman’s weight twice. First saying that they assumed she was jealous of her because she was skinny and then later referring to them as fatty. WTF? Why would you assume someone is jealous of you just because they’re fatter? And then using an epithet? Not a good look.
This. It definitely shows that she thinks value is related to body size. Obviously I don’t know the dynamics of their relationship but that whole story bothered me.

Story 3: What's crazy is that these situations are so common that it makes it impossible to trust or even be kind to strangers. The creeps ruin it for everyone. Drink spiking happened to my wife a few years back on Mackinac Island, Michigan. She was having a girls BFF trip for a couple nights and passed out after a drink at a well known family bar & grill place there. She remembered a table of 2 guys near them, that was all she remembered. Thankfully her 3 friends were able to find her passed out in bathroom before anyone else did. Jeezus, was that scary to hear.

As someone who worked on a cruise ship, it never ceases to amaze me how dumb people are when it comes to misplacing their phones/personal items. Always keep your phone with you. While there is a lost and found at the front desk, chances are you'll never see your phone again if you happen to misplace it. Not all guests and crew are going to turn in lost items. Thieves come in all shapes, sizes and colors. Also, please be sure to check the sheets for misplaced clothes before you pack to leave. My coworkers and I have found so many socks, panties/boxers, swimsuits, shirts and dresses, that we can open a thrift shop.

Thank you for the update, Mr. Nightmare..!! I think the most disturbing story for me was a true story of people going missing on multiple cruise ships back in the 90s. The investigators suspected the serial killer was possibly someone who worked for famous cruise ship companies, but they couldn't narrow down who the serial killer was.

The first story was sad but pretty interesting. The second story the girl in it made it so incredibly hard to feel bad for her….I almost rooted for the bad guy. The third story was really stressful and I hope that that girl is ok now that she’s changed all her information. And as always Mr. Nightmare did an awesome job. I don’t remember him making any other cruise ship themed videos before and I really enjoyed it.

while being very drunk can lead to hallucinations, it's very unlikely that that's the case here. If she were that drunk, she'd probably also be too drunk to properly navigate back to her ship on time, and to follow that guy so quickly. In my (unprofessional) opinion, the story honestly sounds made up. I'm skeptical of paranormal stories, despite the fact that I believe in the paranormal myself.
On another note, if you're hallucinating off your ADHD meds, you should def bring that up with your doctor. As a fellow ADHD med-taker, that's not supposed to happen, and you might need a lower dose, or a differnt med entirely.

The girl in the second story sounds like a drama llama. Her wording gave off "mean girl vibes" and it's no wonder that Taylor friend didn't like her. She came off as judgmental.

Video Idea: Horror stories while at work
For the last two stories, having your own cellphone and personal information stolen is bad enough. But for some creepy guy to use all that information against an innocent person as a means for stalking and possibly worse is just WAY more terrifying than actually seeing apparitions. We must always remember to be extremely careful of people who are considered charming and whatnot because some psychopaths are known to be that way.
When I was a home health aide my client was Bipolar with Psychotic Tendencies. She could charm, manipulate and lie with the best of them. 😵💫
