I can only remember 2 pubs in Claughton Village.. The Claughton and the Heather Brow,, drank in both quite often, as part of a pub crawl, starting in the Avenue ♫♫ Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end ♫♫ (but they did end)
I can see pub crawls making a comeback. I'm thinking about leading the charge to raise awareness by marching from the Carnarvon Castle in Oxton to pub in the Carnarvon Castle.
Thought I would throw you a comment, been watching your videos for over a year now, always love watching the birkenhead pub crawls, I grew up in Wallasey use to drink in the mertle in birko, and some other pubs around Wallasey, live in greater manchester now, stockport ways. but do enjoy these videos remind me of home! cheers Liam!
