OHHHH HIIII

😂😂😂
@@cathycastro8128Fr tho, love it! (😢)
Finally a fast and easy recipe.
I am assuming the measurements for the vinegar mixture are:
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
Thx. Love the energy
How many cups of rice?
How many tablespoons of rice vinegar?
How many teaspoons of sugar?
How many teaspoons of salt?
🤷🏻♀️????
Isn't it annoying when "creators" don't add a recipe so they get more comments about it? 💰
This is the recipe I have used for years.
2 cups of sushi rice 🍚
(Rinsed until water runs clear or 3-4 times)
2 1/2 cups of water -- for rice cooker
I pour the cooked rice out on parchment paper if I'm trying to cool for sushi rolls and pour sushi liquid on top and gently cut in with paddle.
This liquid is for every 2 cups of rice (uncooked)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
⅓ cup rice vinegar
I hope that helps 🍚 🍣 😋 🥢
@ForTheLoveOfMike thank you for sharing recipe ❤
@@ForTheLoveOfMike can you use anything else besides rice vinegar? I don't have any and I don't think any of the stores close by me carry any.
@@almagalvan7980 Oh, I bet you can. Apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar and even lemon juice can be a good substitute for rice wine vinegar 😀
@@almagalvan7980just use basic vinegar
Most yummyist sushi i ever seen and eat
Its so easy just add some of this some of that and some love and boom rice 🥰

This is the fast, easy, Americanized version.
This is the white way, not the right way, but this probably this works
You are evil for using a colander not only is it a bad way to make rice it is also not uncle roger approved
Bro is talking that in the end I feel like she’s gonna choke
You didn’t say how many cups of rice you used 🤔
Shut up.
That's my question too. What the heck?!
@@cathycastro8128 However u need
Finally one that doesn’t use a rice cooker 😂
Just get a rice cooker it's not hard
@@GodzillaWarrior2021 it doesn’t matter

So much vocal fry...
Wrong
Not how I was taught in Tokyo, but ok
What’s the right method?
Yeah where’s the measurements???? Lol like come on now. You have to be thorough.
bro not only can you see clearly how much she’s adding, but are you really asking “how much salt should i put in my food?”? you add however much you like
@@clown-cat No. You are wrong. The chef cannot say add rice then add 2.5 cups water. How much rice? 3 cups? 1 cup?
@@clown-cat seriously? She didn't even say how much rice to use but did say how much water. Are you psychic? Do you know how much rice she is using just by looking at the bowl? Well I can't. So no smart ass you clearly can NOT see how much she is adding
Much love to you so please don't be offended you did a great job but you want the rice to be as sticky as possible. Never strain your sushi rice!
Literally every east Asian person I see on CZcams or IG tells me to ¡¡¡rinse!!! the rice...
You definitely want to get rid of all the starch. The stickiness comes from the sugar and starch-leftovers
You definitely need to rinse the rice. Not even only for excess starch, but for the arsenic, which can often be found on it. Especially if you eat rice on a regular bases, you want to get rid of that as much as you can.
You want to find a middleground where your rice has lots of star h left on it, but not as much arsenic hence it is recommended to wash rice in a bowl until you can see the rice properly through the water
