Pretty sure Lang told everyone they could do stuff on their own as long as it wasnt done using crew resources and keep as much of the proceeds as they wanted. However if it's crew resources used it goes to the crew and you get a kickback.

It seems lately only lang and luci actually see the bigger picture, if everyone started doing their own thing specially the people who are meant to be dons then whats the point of even having a crew???

These guys all believe the new system is the where if they use the crew resources than the money is the crew and they will get cashback for the work. Now if the crew needs money than they are more than happy to dump their "own" money earned in.

Harry is projecting. He tried to blame Speedy for trying to get his money up after Lang joked Speedy was a "broke bitch". The crew was clowning on Harry being a broke bitch too, then he was contemplating out loud to Marty about doing the same as Speedy. Then he throws Speedy under the bus, essentially ratting out Speedy when Lang calls him (Harry) out for sussing out ways to "prevent" scamming with Marty who is one of the newest to the crew rather than discuss with Lang and maybe even Speedy on a don level. Imo, if Speedy is making quota, then he should be able to do whatever the fuck he wants, even if its dirty money. A lot of times you can come up on dirty money outside of crew operations. Money outside of crew operations technically doesn't exist until its submitted imo. Harry is the snake.

Also, Harry put in all the dirty money he made roof running speedy did not. Speedy doesn't do civ jobs anymore, so all the dirty he has goes through the org. If he worked senior buns no one would take his money. Harry put in a couple hours and got over 2k materials, no one is taking his money he made through legal means.

@@faynuexunqi4042 Yea, you're right. I wrongly assumed he got the crowbar on his own--but thats such an easy drama-free fix: make Speedy acquire his own personal crowbar and fine him for work done and profit made with the crew's crowbar.
Still, Speedy should be able to rack up his own dirty money outside of crew-facilitated operations. Like I said, you can get dirty money in many ways outside of crew jobs.

He tried to depict Speedy to Lang as having some unjustified reason for trying to make side money outside of crew operations--that reason being that Speedy was called a broke bitch. However, Harry was also ridiculed by crew for being extremely broke, and then "coincidentally", the talks with Marty happened sometime afterward. Basically the same situation as Speedy, only Harry got called out before he could try anything.
Crews are cracking at the seams. Times are hard in NP.

There's no way Arush is not informed correctly. The Dons are the one who made the system and he is one of them. They all decided that once you use the crew resources, the crew should take a cut. They voted for this, that rule doesn't appear out of nowhere.

Even Yuno understands the money and rules and he isn't even around the crew 90% of the time. He'll even give stuff like bags/pallets to the crew for no kickback. But all the money he makes for himself is legal work which goes to him and he even said he'll give that to the crew if they need it. If you use the resources of the crew and it is illegal work you gotta mark it down and put it in the stash.

The problem with arush is that he only does criminal work so its awkward for him to separate and make his own money.
Originally they all agreed to have legal jobs and look clean on the outside. Speedy has given up on senior buns as of yet, so no clean cash coming in.
I mean he can be fully illegal, make his own money, and leep 100% of the profit if he really wanted to.
But that would require him to grow, sell, clean the cash in his own apartment, all by himself.
But IF he actually did that, none of it would be the crews resources, so he would get all the profit himself.
The only thing he would still be required to provide is the 10k a week

Still its weird for him to be like yeah im selling for someone else on a different turf to make more money. Or he would have to team up with Marty or teddy since they both have thier own house to dry to sell on thier turf.
