Whats the lore behind being called arush in 4.0 rather than speedy? Same with octo instead of goofy. It's like calling flippy as juan carlos hernandez 💀
@gambigambigambi It's to separate the characters from what they were in 3.0. He also calls Tony, Corleone 50% of the time and doesn't want anyone to refer to him as Buddha. It's always Lang.

lots of miscommunication and harry stirring, speedy said in his stream that he doesn't know what to do with roof money if its included in weed stuff or not so he just gonna keep the money until everyone vote on it in next don meeting lol
They did not explain it as havin to d o it, I heard every meeting teh way they always say, do your own thing just get the kick back, anyting you "want" to give note it down or don't expect a kickback.
Yeah I heard a lot of "can" and "if you want" when Lang was tapping in Marty (and even Larry and Oscar). A lot of "your side thing is your own," and "those who do more get more." That doesn't sound anything like, "you have to give us your dirty money or you don't get kickbacks." I honestly thought, you buy in, you get dues, and you get a kickback, and if you give extra you get an even bigger kickback.
What do you mean? It's already been talked about especially the Dons. And Speedy is literally the one who called out Tony for chopping with crew's device and taking all the money himself. Speedy knew what he's doing.
In every meeting they said whatever money you put in you need to properly log it how much dirty money you put in, how much you clean, how many hours it took to clean.
Yeah but that's not the same as, whatever money you EARN you need to properly log how much you clean, and how many hours it took to clean, etc.. ON TOP OF THAT, Lang would constantly tell Marty, Larry, and Oscar, "I don't want your side stuff."
Those two things together and it makes it seem like you EARN, clean, etc. and then you keep track of what you DECIDE to PUT IN. That is a completely different system. They need to have a clarification meeting where they don't beat around the bush by talking in code.
Edit: The key thing they need to clarify is that "side thing" are LEGAL jobs not side hustles. I think that's the biggest miscommunication.

@@yush375 Not only that, but Yuno has always been a "do my own thing, contribute when necessary" person. Even in 3.0 he was floating between crews. Yuno is a special case.
@@yush375 No he didn't. He kept the money for the BC he sold and rightfully so because it's from his own setup. The computer parts are from the the crew's assets that's why he gave the earnings from that to the crew. Don't get it twisted.
Maybe there is a misconception between clean money (money you get from civilian jobs) and dirty money(money from criminal related jobs).
Sounds like they're burning out n shouldnt be surprised when they mostly grind n have meetings everyday. Why would lang care about dirty money, irs more of a hassle then what its worth?
To be fair, Speedy did say that he didn't want to be treasurer because he will eventually fall back into his old ways and take all the cash lol.

what they're debating doesnt make sense. If speedy is doing roof runs and cleaning his own money from that thats fine according to the things they have said. so buddha and harry are getting mad over nothing.
Not true at all, ALL money earned by crime is put in the stash and logged so it’s split by the percentages given by Gigi.
Clean money = personal money. ( besides the 10k/5k dues ). Money earned by crime = split into portions. 25%/30% usually goes to the crew
The Dons decided to do this system and agreed on percentages so they can use crewmoney to finance things for the crew, for example they bought a new house with crewmoney. Also going down to the sewers is he using the crew's crowbar, which the crew paid for. If he take all the profit, he must also buy his own crowbar then.
@@vanixityyy Not true. they literally contradict themselves when they said the only money that needs to be put toward the crew is money made off of other members such as selling weed that was grown by someone else or the dues. All other money can be done with as the person pleases. they can put more money towards the crew and be a higher earner or not.
@@manofsteele0999 you are wrong again. They literally said chop money goes to the crew. Octo has been doing it, Tony was trying to bypass that but got told to follow the system, Harry has been doing it. Chop money is the main reason Octo was paid out today like 10k. He only gets like 5-10% for cleaning money but gets a bigger percentage when he brings parts in. Same goes with roof running. Harry’s been following the system with roof running. He doesn’t pocket the money.
Why aren't they allowed to setup their own cleaning for personal money? if they invest in it and do runs without using the group's assets then why would any of that money go to the crew? Wasn't the whole point of the weekly quota was so that there is a pool for the crew? It makes sense if you use things like BUTC/materials/blueprints etc that uses crew assets to make crew money. Chopping and roof running has nothing to do with the groups asset.
I don't know the full story on Tony getting shit but from what I gathered, he was using the crew's cleaning system to make his personal money whilst Arush invested in his own cleaning.
They just decided that a % of the dirty money they make is going into the crew. Any legal money they make they can keep for themself.
The system was created to grow operations and because there are so many steps to getting the money cleaned. It's a bit flawed since Arush doesn't have any legal income. So all his income is 'taxed'.

People use equipment financed with crewmoney. For chopping they use the chopping tool and for roof running you need a crowbar for the sewers. You may also be able to get a refund for the screwdriver from the crew or the entire crew will share the tool.
No that's not what tony was doing. He was doing the cleaning and getting clean money from it but didn't have enough CLEAN money to pay his 25K dues for that week. So he suggested to put (for example) 5K dirty cash that he had earned himself into the crew's stash and take out 5K CLEAN money so he'd be able to have enough clean money to give to the treasurer at the meeting. So his original intention was never to use the cleaning system to make extra money on the side, that's what Arush started saying when tony called him and asked him about it, then it got even more complicated when they brought it up at the don meeting.
These guys have 45 minute meetings 3 times a day. How could anyone be confused

crime money is group money civ money is personal money that's how the criminal group will be funded and stay a float if you start skimming from crim money then the group has no point in being together and everyone should go their own ways cuz then you'd have some pooling money while others are taking money for themselves its just flat out selfish

now before i say what i say, anyone is free to fact check me. but i think everyone is trying to do this forced drama rp shit bc of x and what x did to the company. now it could be for many reasons on why, but im gonna say one of them rn. its for clout, views and content. all in one. thats bc after x robbed TC in the middle of the night, offline, while everyone else was sleep, in the morning when everyone started streaming, OTT/maximusblack has gained over 5k viewers, ray gained over 13k viewers, and lysium gained like 4k i think. mickey is unknown bc i dont follow him. i could be wrong, but bro, ur telling me everything is fine for 2 months straight and all of a sudden after x did that, now everything is falling apart with lang gang? but even if its not for the clout, its still forced drama rp in my opinion, its unexpected bro, there were no signs of this before. x did it, ray even did it for a day, now marty, speedy, and harry are doing it. could also just be bad writing lol.
I think you couldn't be more wrong.
1) Arush/Speedy said himself that he wanted to give up treasurer because he would probably steal the money at some point. He quit doing Snr Buns, and doesn't Grime enough to make any real money, so he's funding himself by using Crew resources to do jobs.
2) The reason Harry is so defensive is because he tried explaining the deposit system to Marty but got tongue-tied/confused when doing so, so it didn't come across well. When he said "well maybe I should do that" it was meant as a joke, but dry humor doesn't translate well.
3) The Crew isn't farming drama like you think. They are always on edge when X is around because why wouldn't you be, but Lang has said from the beginning that the deposit/payout system is 100% based on trust. There is no way to track income other than through the honor system, and once that breaks down then The Crew is finished.
4) "Drama" always brings viewers, but those are soft numbers. Most people just want to see different perspectives and find out how people are going to deal with it. No matter how much Lang wants to hide it, the addition of heists and new illegal jobs is complicating the environment. Not to mention, there are 2 different "crews" that may be under the main umbrella, but aren't micromanaged like the core group is: Marty's crew, and Speedy's crew. There will always be "drama" when you can't control what happens across the board.
5) The characters are played by people. Actual people. Streamers, to boot. Everyone has Main Character Syndrome and wants to be in on the spicy details. You can't call 1 not-so-great day "drama farming" or "bad RP" just becasue you want to see more heists and more action. Go watch someone else if you don't like it.
@@RaineJT holy bro, for the first one, that doesnt excuse the possible case that he is currently causing drama or wanting drama, that statement doesnt debunk anything towards him. for the second one, ur not wrong, i didnt get the humor at all and thought he was serious myself lol. but at the same time, lang brought up a good point about discussing that topic with someone lower ranking then u. so it cause drama, but he didnt do it on purpose ig. for the third one, yeah thats kinda valid, but at the same time, that system is literally gonna cause drama eventually, and its happening rn. all it takes is one person to fuck up. so ig u could be right in not trying to purposely cause drama farming, but still sus. for the fourth one, true that is in some cases, but also, even if its small numbers, all it takes is a ad or 2 and that automatic revenue yk. and many other things we dont know about. and lastly for the fifth one, i will say this in the nicest way possible bc u definitely came at me all sideways lol, but ill let it slide. yeah each character is played by real people, not to mention their storylines and plot are made up by the streamer, so any allegation about doing this purposely cant be denied what-so-ever especially when they are the ones making the script. and you can call one bad day drama farming, and i didnt say bad rp lol. i did say forced drama rp tho, and i stand by that, bc u dont know what the streamer is thinking and could be lying to not get accused of things its easy, x sure did do it lol. and i never said i wanted more heists nor did i say action lol, idc for the heists or action all that much, they are boring to me imo. i enjoy business rp more than that kind of rp. and im free to watch whoever and what ever i want, and im allowed an free to give my opinion on anything and anyone. im sorry i dissed ur favorite streamer bro.
