For the Pokémon center ETB, those are the ones with 10 or more packs, correct?
How do people get their hands on Pokémon Center ETBs???
I always end up getting just the normal ETB at stores or Amazon

Hi there eythora!
Indeed, they're not easy to find over here in Europe because, as far as I know, these are exclusively made at the Pokémon Center in the USA and the UK. You can't find them in any regular store, as far as I know. Sometimes buy them on Ebay, cardmarket, StockX or even places like Marktplaats, 2dehands.be, facebook marketplace... Those are places I'd look for them. But because there's a third party involved, it'll probably be quite a bit more expensive than the prices they're sold for on the Pokemon Center.
