    HOW TO AVOID SEASICKNESS

Other natural remedies that many cruisers swear by are ginger candies and green apples. Another remedy for preventing getting seasick on a cruise ship is sea bands. These work by applying slight pressure to critical points in your wrist. We have family members that swear by these inexpensive bands.
    Of course, there are medical treatments. Before considering prescription over-the-counter options, please consult your doctor to see if they are right for you. Some of the over counter options include Dramamine and Bonine. If these options don't help, you can consult your doctor for prescription options.
    With these cruise tips and tricks, you shouldn't let the fear of getting seasick on a cruise prevent you from your next voyage.

    I was just on a cruise and I am prone to seasickness. Green apples ginger snaps and Bodine. I had no issues

    Order a bottle of Meclizine . Take one every six hours when needed . I start taking it 1 hour before we pull out of port .

    I wear Sea Bands on cruises, planes, cars (when I'm a passenger) and have ginger chews with me.
