@@Ontario100 I have learned from experience, chances are, they will also call it cleaned, the best way to tell is to tilt it at an angle under a good light and twirl it around, and you will start to see what they’re talking about.
Short answer, no, I do not think it’s been cleaned. It’s a VF grade and has been handled a lot so wear vs cleaning gets tough. Now I’m sure someone at PCGS could show me exactly where it has been cleaned, but from seeing it in your video I’m not seeing obvious signs of cleaning. Truly a beautiful coin and a beautiful piece of history.
Nice addition to your collection. There is something pretty special about owning a piece of American history like our early coinage, if only they could talk and tell us who once owned and used that coin. GD
