Personally I would have to say I like the Madison square garden performance of this song more but this one is amazing to! I recommend to react to the song fly like a bird the live 2005 Grammy performance. It's another amazing gospel Mariah song. Amazing!
At first I didn’t understand why but then I remember the sustained resonant C#5 that is not present here so I have to agree but there are parts that I like here better
Mariah is my favorite vocalist because everything you hear comes from her composing producing and lyrics with other amazing vocalists they have writers for them not with MC 🦋✨🖤
Omg was this blocked??? Mariah writes and produces all of her music and she is actually a very religious and spiritual person, its also why so many of the greats loved and respected her. She recently even said that Prince had given her a bible when she was going through a tough time in 2001. Her and Michael were really good friends too!!

She was 'abandoned & alone' 'without a penny to her name', 'no proper shoes on her feet', 'sometimes she couldn't even eat'...She actually lived all of that, trying to make it before she 'made it'.
