Thank you Karen, I should also mention the increasing number of journals that now publish the review of the article. This in itself can control what could be a disagreeable reviewer. Personally, I like not only to give permission for this but also to put my name to the review for all to know. Transparency I believe is a good thing for all sides. Then comes the thorny question of a small honorarium, or not, for this review service. Perhaps you could discuss this latter question in a later youtube?
