The yarn color reminds me of guacamole! 😆 but that's a good thing cause guacamole is delicious.

This is not a negative comment. Beautiful yarn, really like the color with the specks of color, but $34 a hank is a bit pricey. And you need two of this specialty yarn and is optional. If I can I’ll try to find something similar to that shade. Love the quick work up on this pattern.

You can use any yarn that's the weight she's using.... and knit crate isn't cheap yarn.

I love everything about this video - the way you explain and demonstrate the stitches, the pace and yes, of course, the beautiful yarn. I have two knitting projects to finish and then I'm going to teach myself how to crochet on CZcams. I will definitely make this cowl, and it will be for me. Everything I knitted last winter was for friends and relatives and the two I am about to knit are for others. Yes, I will crochet this one for me after practising my stitches!!!! Thank you soooooo much. Love the pattern and the fact that it's a quick project. I wish you and yours a very Happy Holiday Season!!!!!!

Love this pattern and the Colour you used is so beautiful! Those are hanks of yarn though, not skeins. A skein is what you see with yarns, like Red Heart, Lion Brand, etc. When it's twisted like that and requires a swift and winder to cake it, it's called a hank. ;)

I have watched your videos for years and love the way you teach but I was really disappointed in how fast you went through this one. You need to slow down during the initial two rounds. I don’t usually create in the round and I am going to be ripping this one out and starting over. Not happy!
