His cousin brother Bharath Parmar Health officer and sister in law Sushilaidwofe nurse use to live in my house in Mandi on rent. He was room partner of Dr YS Parmar and Sahid e azam Bhagat singh. All letters were with him.
Dr YS Parmar demanded Himach as l Territorial Army because around 5000 Himachalis were imprisoned in Different places in Australi as and than BIA use to collect money from thier wards. . Resident British Regents were in every states and were responsible for riots in 1946 in Shimla Hindu Muslims. He was suspended from Congress for 6 years for Drug smuggling and was caught by Than SP Ashwini Kumar of Solan later DGP BSF.
