Thanks for your channel, guys. I have watched and enjoyed for many years. Very sorry to hear that these restrictions on free speech are happening but it's a continuous thing these days. Wholesome American freedom doesn't taste good to some people, and it's particularly nasty to those who run the social engineering media. Good luck going forward as you try to find your fit in the ever changing arena of rules in social media restrictions. Their platforms, their rules unfortunately. Only partially. Most people watching gun videos online are just skipping to the "cool" bits wanting to see guns glamourized, which most gun channels do. That aspect encourages more impressionable people to just want to get hold of guns to mess around with, to feel cool and powerful, basically. That is the dangerous part. Proper safety education, courses and tests run by experienced ex-military experts should be absolutely a basic standard for anyone wanting to get any kind of gun licence. Gun owners shouldn't need to go on social media to have to learn how to be safe, basically.

This is one of the most wholesome, honest, American things anywhere on the internet. There will always be guns. Showing guns being handled professionally, safely is an incredible way to keep America gun safe. Thanks H45 and son for the great job you do in teaching the world about guns the right way. This is exactly why youtube wants to take stuff like this down. The authoritarian dictators want us to be unarmed so they can force their will on us.
That is the reason CZcams is trying to purge this type of content. Wholesome, honest, American things are what the people in charge of the rules and algorithms are fighting against.

This is an iconic channel. No nonsense, and informative. It would be a true loss if certain people running this platform allowed their personal biases to interfere with you.
Hickok is like that father you never had, his content is always educational and fun. I can’t imagine a newer generation not having him due to CZcams policies. Back in 2019 I started acquiring pre Korean war rifles. I never owned guns before but joining my local range and listening to this channel taught me a whole lot.

I am from Bulgaria and I have been a subscriber for many years. I have learned so much about the weapons, their history, construction. I remember when I was in US for a summer job as a student, 13 years ago, we went to a shooting range with my manager at the time and he was amazed about my knowledge on terminology and the specific vocabulary. All learned from you. Thank you for the content and the entertainment in all these years!

Subscriber here. The way in which you have to carefully parse your words speaks volumes - sad, ominous volumes - as if Big Brother was standing right there next to the camera monitoring every syllable uttered. Absolutely love your content and would search it out regardless of the platform you use.
I love asking YT support for help, you can ask the same question and get a completely different answer every single time. Even with manual reviews, they are either biased, or dont know their own rules. Its amazing.

I’ve been watching Hickok when John Had Long hair and Hickok had yellow painted targets. I’ll never forget the halftime Super Bowl video when he showed off his Springfield 1911 that he won at a tournament.
I'm only about halfway through watching this. But a true virtue of your channel that I haven't yet heard mentioned is your commitment to safety in using firearms properly. That's one of the things I've always liked about your content. You absolutely adhere to safe practices without even thinking of it, it's natural. Lead by example sort of thing. If CZcams cannot see that, they're lacking in the thinking thing and need to watch more of your content, not force you to remove it.

The Biden administration does not want you educated about firearms and CZcams is doing it's part by censorship.
Glad you guys survived that round of defunct policy. Probably what I appreciate the most is the example of safe fire arm handling, and can only assume it has made a big safety difference to viewers and their families. Keep on keeping on.

This channel has changed my outlook on firearms, and firearms owners. Ive been following this channel for years now, and I LOVE this channel.

I just have to make this observation. Both of you demonstrate remarkable composure, self control in the midst of what must be an extremely frustrating situation in which you have done nothing to deserve this. This is an example for others to follow in how to present themselves in an adverse situation. Our society has become so coarse. You set a good example and high standard to live up to.
When you said, "We wish we could tell you more about the specifics, . . . . . " Sir, you should be able to tell us the specifics with no fear. When you feel you cannot do that, that means CZcams is up to something and it is never good. You should be able to be as open and honest and transparent as you want to be. If CZcams is going to "update" policy, etc., they should be totally transparent about it. When an entity like CZcams is not willing to be transparent about what is going on and what their changes mean for all of us, whether someone makes the videos or someone watches the vidoes that others have made, then I know CZcams has something to hide. Censorship is never good.
I started watching this channel about 3 years ago and appreciated everything I learned. I was new to handguns and bought a Glock 43X. I watched your review on it, in addition to several reviews of different models of Glocks, etc., and I have learned so much. Thank you for what you did and what you will continue to do. Over the years this channel has been just something I looked forward to during the holidays. I'm not even that into weapons but every Halloween and Christmas I liked to pop in and see what the channels doing. You were carving a pumpkin with a gun, I think that was the first video I watched of this channel. CZcams without this channel would be weird to me. At this point for me hickok45 and CZcams are part of the same thing.

I’m 63 years old my dad was a great dad. He taught me how to shoot and hunt safely. I love to watch your videos just the way they are. If you’re offended by them well then you definitely weren’t raised with my generation. I never felt I needed to carry before but the world has changed drastically and you have to change with it. I never before thought my gun rights were In danger but now I do. You Tube we enjoy this content good educational informative content. When you limit it you limit my constitutional rights.
I am an Iranian, this channel is the best channel to introduce and test weapons from old models to modern models. All the videos are informative and beautiful. I hope this channel will be marked as a historical channel.

Lefty gun owner here. This channel was the first gun related channel I ever watched and was a huge part of me learning that guns are normal and normal people own guns. I still come to this channel first for firearm reviews and information.

Many years ago I tried to create constructive and concerning criticism torwards many "bad" changes, manly for us user.
Since it fell on deaf ears and it seemed to become even worse with time it saddens me looking back to the good old times, for many, many reasons...

Like you said, CZcams is huge, and if you had to show something you can't show on CZcams, then just make a note of it directing the viewer to wherever video platform it is that you can use without getting in trouble. If you have your own website there you could post whatever is legal as far as your hosting provider is concerned and work something out with the sponsors, I think.
