The way you cook the Maggi.... I am making Maggi exactly in the same way from 2013 and it tastes delicious every time. I suggest to add almost half Maggi masala at the time of frying tomato.... it enhances the taste. Thanks 👍

My recipe is very similar. The only difference is I add my Maggi and then let the water boil. Usually its fine but you are actually correct that this method can result in slight overcooking. Next time I will let the water boil first.

P.S. try a little bit ginger along with garlic. Ginger tastes super delicious with maggie masala
