- Lennie Peters & Diane Lee were British easy listening / pop duo who found fame in the early 70`s.
Lennie Peters ( 1939 - 1992 ) was blinded as a child in two separate & unrelated accidents.

Lennie Peters ( who was the uncle of Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts ) died of bone cancer in 1992 and his only daughter was murdered in recent years by her boyfriend. - Hudba
Hugely under rated, such a brilliant melody and just so singable.
Great underrated song.Should have been our Eurovision entry.

Thank you thank you thank YOU oh so much for this! Anything Peters and Lee is hard to find. I've been searching high and low for their version of 'She's Making Eyes at Me' and 'For Me and My Gal' but somehow, both seem to have vanished without a trace...
they were on their party album, invitation from christmas 1976, their last record to chart sadly, but it went silver.
a top 20 hit in 1974. Should have been a bigger seller, the 4th single by peters and lee, now why isn't there hardly any visual video footage on u tiube of them??????
