There might be more to this story. I read somewhere the driver had gotten in a fight at a laundry mat assaulting a couple. The reason why he fled the scene.
They never give the full story. The paper said police found Ordie when it was a group of friends and myself in highschool! Doesn’t look good when they’re trying to gentrify.
That's horrible, I pray for the families of the victims. I use to live in OXNARD, near.Plaseant Valley Rd. It used to be a safe neighborhood. Now it's crowded and trafficked.
That was my friends homie, he got hit by the semi and the other two survived with a broken a leg and an amputated leg according to the the guy that told me
The California law for murder requires "malice aforethought" which is some level of intent. But it could be that a reasonable person would know that the behavior had a high probability of resulting in other's deaths.
This happens too much I used to get hit and cut off all the time when I had to ride a bike to work. I used to carry rocks with me and throw them at the car.
I was maimed by a car while riding my bicycle to work. And I have had people get over into me while riding in the bicycle lane numerous times. Many people turn into raging narcissists when they get into their cars. All accidents and fatal accidents are the result of people making bad, usually selfish, decisions in the car. Getting somewhere a few minutes later is not the end of the world and many people act as if it were. People should always be looking for pedestrians and cyclists not just other motor vehicles.

@@_Miguelx_ hes not a criminal. yes young man is gone and i understand there is no coming back from that. i do. im not making excuses for my cousin....but on the flip side kids shoukd of been home at that time. know what that dont matter cuz we're just gunna go back n forth till the end n keep going. its horribe all the way around.
First off the nature of the whole situation was the actual issue here the driver was fed up with these kids taking over the street while people are trying to go about their evening and pray that they don’t happen to hit one of these disrespectful kids who don’t understand that there the real cause of this tragic incident first off I’m a parent and I live in the area and when I was 15 I respected the laws of traffic as a child when I was 5 I was hit by a car running into the street due to poor parenting these streets aren’t always safe and everyone feels some power of authority or justification for what they can do and not do back the issue these teens are the issue here always in the road late hours of the night and believe they own the street and can control the traffic and harass the people of this city because they ride around in there large groups which is not wrong but there intentions weren’t to be safe out at night it was to harass the public with there foolishness on the public streets. Now the driver he is a very very good person just had a bad sting of luck the past few years starting off with his father passing and him being introduced to drugs and then him attempting to take his own life just a few months prior to this incident he was raised by a wonderful person and shown the honest way to live just turned out bad for him taken into a different direction from someone he thought was close to him and made him lose his mind with no care of it at all

Well these bikers are a menace, they ride on the road, no helmet, and ride in large groups. Maybe if their parents taught them any sense, they would still be alive today. Also, fixie bikes were poplualr like 7 years ago, these lames are late to the game.

“A group of 10+ kids primarily aged 13-15 find dead woman and her killer across from their school.” Doesn’t look good to potential prospects.
We were sadly witnesses… but we pass that curb almost everyday and still pray he is okay up in heaven! And it was at least 20 injured people.
LONG LIVE PEDRO🕊
