    Took me WAY to long to realize the Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011-2022 require the 187003 Flush fit kit for the Evo bar system. Wish companies were clearer about which fits are for which cars.

    Excellent video, guys! I have this identical Jeep and Thule kit. I do have an issue and maybe you can help resolve it. At 9:35 you can see the factory bowing of the bar as you attach the kit to the roof. I still have this bowing after installation. How do you get rid of that and make the bars flat? Thanks!

      The bars are designed to have a slight bow in them for hauling a load. They usually flatten out a bit when weight is added to them.
