1ST STEP

THEN DOWNLOAD "XV2PATCHER_" AND "XV2INS"
MAKE SURE YOURE LOGGED INTO A ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE
(SOMETIMES IT WONT LET YOU DOWNLOAD)
2ND STEP
(IF YOU DONT ALREADY HAVE A EXTRACTOR) GO TO THE MICROSOFT STORE AND DOWNLOAD "BREEZIP" (ITS FREE)
3RD STEP
LOCATE THE DBXV2 DIRECTORY
GO TO STEAM - RIGHT CLICK "DRAGONBALL XENOVERSE 2" NAME - CLICK PROPERTIES - LOCAL FILES - BROWSE
BOOM!!!
NOW YOUR DBXV2 DIRECTORY FOLDER IS OPEN
4TH STEP
EXTRACT THE "XV2PATCHER" THEN MOVE ALL FILES TO DBXV 2 DIRECTORY
(CLICK REPLACE IF NEEDED)
DO THE SAME THING WITH "XV2INS" AND EXTRACT ^^^
NOW BOTH PATCHER AND XV2INS FILES ARE IN THE DBXV2 DIRECTORY FOLDER
5TH STEP
OPEN XV2INS THEN CLICK GREEN PLUS SIGN AND INSTALL MOD (MOD HAS TO BE IN "X2M" FILE)
6TH STEP
CLICK THIS LINK AND DOWNLAOD LAZYBONES TRANSFORMATIONS MOD

EXTRACT AND RUN THE LAZYBONE INSTALLER IN THE FOLDER

Game path
Locate your xv2 directory and you should see and click a file named “dbxv2” file type is application. If you can’t find the directory then go to stream right click Xenoverse 2 click properties click local files then you’re in. Just pin your Xenoverse 2 to quick access then find the application

i just says failed
everytime i try to open the mods installer it shows error saying Dlc key 2 not found, failed on char "FOK", and Init chara List Failed, any fix?

Rar files you extract with an zip extractor. i suggest for breezip free on Microsoft store.

I got this same problem too its annoying
I realized that 1.20 version is not patched yet so this error will come, we have to wait for the next patch update
