The normal one is alot better. The counter version requires you to litteraly hit the counter and the move gets Cancelled by ki blasts, ki supers and ilts.

Nope. Still connection errors after 3 weeks (3 raid since update)

Its from the first festival of universe event that has ended. You needed Max friendship with festival zamasu specifically
