Just use the pin method from the video and try putting more pressure. I thought it didn't work at first, but it's actually me not pushing enough for the slot to eject

Honestly, the easiett method is using an earring. Pops out so quikcly. Using paperclip, needle sometimes bends and can hurt your fingers. be careful

THANK YOU!!! I bought a brand new samsung phone and it did not come with an ejector tool, annnd samsung website hasn't been not working, so I cdn't reach their cust "service" dept. I can now use my new phone thanks to you and your video! just fyi, I didn't think about a toothpick - I tried a sewing needle and a safety pin. :-o I know, but I was just trying anything to be able to have a working phone. Although these are effective. it is also really dangrous so i would recommend just using the tool that comes with the phone. otherwise you could ruin the phone forever

Hi Madison, Try to put the phone in a box full of rice. That way, all the moister will be sucked up. Hopefully, the sim card slot will now get open.
