I couldn’t get all 8 screws to align the bottom globe part to the the base. I was only able to get 4 in 🤷‍♀️ So I have the 4 extra screws. It still seems pretty solid.

Ben, you shamed me in front of my girlfriend. To top it off, I have those same tools! Good job getting it done.

Just buy her some flowers and watch some Bachelorette with her. I'm sure things will work out.

Do you work for Advantage solutions?

Yes. These videos are not endorsed or supported in any way by Advantage Solutions, though. This is my own thing I do to help train other assemblers and to help people looking for How-To videos.

@@BenTheBuilder ok, thanks. I just applied for a position and wanted to make sure they were legitimate.

Pretty legit. Almost all communications are done via email and phone. It's a decent living when you get into the rhythm of things - how quickly that happens is up to you.

You went way too fast in your assembly and you didn't go in order regarding the instructions. Not enough close ups. Many times your tools and your gloves were blocking the parts you were assembling

There is no such thing as too fast. My ways are better than any instruction manual. I can't afford a production staff and I don't have a recording studio. You can't see the parts? Use your imagination.
