Hi! Probably stuck in the bushing sleeve. If force won’t break it loose careful cutting should allow removal. No fun, and unfortunately normal here in the east.
Update: was able to get the front one out, then supported the outside end of the control to angle it up, then kept wiggling it back and forth to try to find an angle to loosen the tension and push the bolt out. Pain in the butt, but finally got it out.
Now who wouldn't watch to the end ? craziness !

Any trick to getting the 2 bolts out on the lower control arm? Can’t seem to get my lower arm rear bolt out.

@@mountainsgarage it’s a South Dakota car, so it’s seen it’s fair share of road salt through the years 😂
