today ill be talking about what ever happened to the female police officer that put a gun to my head over window tint after the situation.

I was a Psychologist and therapist for 30 years. I also worked in law enforcement. Within a minute of this exchange, I felt Officer Stambaugh should have been fired and required to have a psych evaluation. Very troubling.
Psychologist and therapist? Another Ivory Tower intellectual. The driver has gang tattoos on his arm, said he had a gun in his car, was argumentative and failed to cooperate with simple directions. What is your diagnosis of his mental state and thought process?

@Badass Frank Henry ya sure, but it's not discriminatory...if any cop feels uneasy about this situation...it would be the same story...the other cop didn't pull a gun out. The female officer wouldn't be losing her job...just relocated for the safety of everyone. Would you feel comfortable being pulled over by that officer or feel comfortable if any of your loved ones were to be pulled over?

I’m retired out of law enforcement and that video made me absolutely sick! The channel I saw it on was right: we have become the “land of the fee, home of the slave.” That cop needed to be fired and sued civilly! I fought corruption for a huge portion of my career and man that was not easy. I’m disgusted at the type of cop that’s being hired now: Order followers who work for the corporate oligarch - not the people of the republic.

People just don't understand the risk officers take every day. just by putting on their uniform and heading to work, knowing they may not come home, is a huge risk in itself. Not to mention the emotional hurt they may face. People mocking them, forcing them to pull their gun and then blaming the officer because they pulled their gun when they had no other option, and the officers themselves being thrown into prison for false accusations, people criticizing the officers for doing their job, and more. I honor your sacrifice and I will always back the blue no matter what.

You want to give cops the benefit of the doubt but there's just too many unjustified murders at the hands of cops. You can't just say they have a right to do whatever it takes to get home because that's the attitude that gets them in trouble and innocent people killed! The whole system needs to be reformed but no one wants to spend the time and money on that!

The worst part is that the female on last attempt claiming stop resisting. The video is the only thing that saved you. Her partners even noticed she was messing up but did not say nothing.
The partner will eventually came up on a similar video some years from now commenting another video like that saying the same thing every retired cop said even under this video:"’I'm retired out of law enforcement and that video made me absolutely sick". Almost all of them, not all of them, but most of them are willing to protect their tyrant partners.

Craziest part was there was no cue for her to draw her firearm. She reacted so suddenly it's like she got triggered by something. Police officers should go through psych evaluation on the regular.

You have rights. A speedy trial being one of them. Problem usually is attorneys are too easily manipulated by prosecutors because of the same group think that affects police(blue line think).
I’m glad you’re happy with the outcome. Those of us who took the treatment you received personally, would have liked a more definitive and swift outcome with retribution for poor performance by the lady cop. But, you did your business and I appreciate you sharing your story.

I know you know this but I'm just going to say it anyway: as a former servant to the People, she was dead wrong doing what she did. That upset me to watch. There was nothing about any of that which justified her to pull out her gun and point it at you. Unholster it, maybe, but that is even unnecessary. Glad you had the camera rolling.
The problem here is ego. Some of these guys aren't equipped to handle it when Joe Citizen checks them on something - especially when that something is supposed to be the thing that is their speciality, the law. She was a woman too. To be a part of the boy's club, a lot of women cops will often flex their power a little more to impress and earn the respect of the guys - I think that is part of what happened here. You bruised her ego, schooled her with some knowledge, and her ego just couldn't handle it. She will do it again most likely unless she gets humbled somewhere down the line.
