  • Former Secret Service agent Evy Poumpouras shows Kathie Lee and Hoda simple self-defense techniques to use if you are menaced by an attacker, such as going for vulnerable areas like the throat. She also suggests accessories like an LED flashlight to blind attackers and Mace spray you can attach to a keychain.

    • @snowfall7557
      @snowfall7557 Před 2 lety

      @@TofuTeo it is actually more educated than you´d think. I have researched this for months. There are 32 traits for archeologists to distinguish a female skeleton from a male one. These traits are things like skull size, hip to shoulder ratio, the angle of the clavicles, brow ridge etc. Why is the bone structure so important nowadays? because they have brazilian butt implants, botox, feminization surgery, and all that to hide what they are. But they CAN`T change the bone structure, it gives them away every single time

    • @snowfall7557
      @snowfall7557 Před 2 lety +1

      @@TofuTeo another giveaway is posture. Women have an arch in the lower back, men´s backs don´t have the curve. That´s because women (real women) have to regulate the balance of the body in a different way when they are pregnant, so the arch in the lower back on the female skeleton is a feature that helps to stand straight even when carrying a massive weight in the front of the belly. The missing arch in the lower back is often seen on celebrity-on-the-beach pics. Now look at the spines of these "women" in this clip. Do they have flat backs, or do they have a female curve in the lower back. :) You have been trained by media to think that my words are disrespectful and uneducated, but actually I am quite educated on this topic, and all I´m saying is, we´re all being decieved on a massive scale. There were fabulous videos on this topic on YT, but they have all been deleted (censored). Guess why. They don´t want you to know. Still - bone structures tell the truth, and they can´t change that. Also, we´ve been told that hollywood celebs fear ageing that´s why they have surgeries all the time. That is incorrect. The male traits become more dominant as they age, that´s why they have to have surgeries all the time, or the deception would become obvious. If you´re interested, do some research on bone structure and male / female traits. It´s very interesting. Have a lovely day

    For effective self-defence train in a school associated with Ryan Hoover of Fit To Fight, or train Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (not just one or the other, you need both- a stand-up striking art and a ground fighting grappling art).
    But most importantly, whatever you train in, you need to receive training in Pre-Fight Strategy. Pre-Fight Strategy covers situational awareness, threat identification, threat assessment, avoidance tactics, distance control, de-escalation, pre- fight interview, pre-attack indicators, understanding a violent situation, pre-emptive strategy, improvised weapons, escape and egress, and stress response.

    Ooooh I just got a flashback!
    Xena Warrior Princess teaching Gabrielle how to survive.
    "I don't want to learn how to fight," Gabrielle says, surrendering after Xena pockets the best dagger. "I just want to learn how to survive."
    Xena turns to answer.
    "Rule number 1 if you can run, run.
    Rule number 2 if you can't run, surrender and run. Rule number 3 if your in a fight and your outnumbered let them fight each other while you run. Number 4..."
    Wait - Gabrielle says, "more running?"
    "No," Xena replied, "this is where you talk your way out of it and I knew you can do that."
    Gabrielle smiles at Xenas compliment on which Xena goes on to say
    "people are too quick to draw a sword, it should come at a last resort."
    EVEN she (the character) kept Gabrielle safe. Her safety had to come first at all costs just because Xena would fight and do all that she didn't expect Gabrielle to.
    We all know what happens in the end but you take the jist from what I'm saying...

    Depending on the size of the threat, I’d use a web throat strike. There are women who are just as dangerous as men. If you collapse there trachea and they lose enough oxygen to die, you might face jail time. Unless you’re prepared to do an emergency tracheotomy? I guess it depends on the size and the intent of the attacker. This wouldn’t be an issue if we all learned how to…….#evolve

    It's evident that the life people lead today is quite a faulse environment. I suppose they didn't experience the rough and tumble of fighting. In Scottish culture we are taught to hit back harder than we were hit, our parents brought us up as they were to be able to face life in a hazzardous world. No sympathy was given even for girls being hit by boys, we didn't cry and run away but fought harder and meaner. I suppose this is still in our blood for centuries are we are still quite close to the wild. In Celtic history life was tough really tough and children around 5 were thought to hunt small game, if they didn't come back with something they would be locked outside in the elements, they were prepared for a hard existence and anything less that hard was paradise. I'm proud to be tough like that and not wrapped in cotton wool

Then she talks about aggression. Aggression is the X-Factor. you either have it or you don't. If you have it, it's a huge equalizer. Then she talks about primary targets. She talks about how you won't remember or be able to perform fine motor skills under stress. All pretty good stuff though I'm not big on the heel into the in-step or shin techniques. Where I think this starts to fall down is at the end when she talks about tools like flashlights. Anyway, actually not a bad segment. Thanks.
