To answer your question about En Sabah Nur, the man they saved at the end of Ep. 10, he's the villain Apocalypse, and in the post-credits scene, he's there picking up one of Gambit's cards, setting the story in the comics where he brings him back to life to become one of his Four Horsemen, specifically, the Horseman of Death. You're correct in saying Apocalypse appears to be the main villain of Season 2.

Apocalypse is the first mutant; kind of like in Vampire lore there is the Original One from which ALL descend, I.E. Dracula. So it started with Apocalypse, a play on "first shall be last". I AM the beginning; I AM the end etc. 🤲🏻
The character that is shown at he end, and in 3000 BC is Apocalypse. He also has to do with a lot of the future timeline Scott and Jean are in, so there's three stories set up for past, present and future all involving Apocalypse. If you want to get caught up on him and his whole deal, there's a million videos about his backstory, but the very short version is; He's the first mutant and he got infused with a bunch of alien tech. He hibernates for thousands of years, comes back to life and tries to wipe life off the planet using 4 Horsemen he uses as his henchmen. Death, Pestilence, Plague and War. Death being the leader of the 4. Apocalypse also has an ability, thanks to his alien tech, to resurrect people. He's holding one of Gambits cards... he can resurrect people... He said "So much... Death." while holding Gambits card. Get where it's going? lol

Also, that island is known as Astroid M. Magnus resurrected it from the ocean he placed it in.

I underestimated the makers of this show. I was a fan of the original and I expected to see something on par with that. I did not think this would be the freshest thing I'd seen awhile. This shouldn't have been as good as it is yet it was. I could go for another ten episodes right now.

It's interesting that you think all the Prime Sentinels are volunteers and hate mutants. Bastion himself said they omitted details about what they were getting in to before turning them in to sentinels. I'm sure more than a few them do hate mutants though. Now I'm curious to know how many FoH got turned in to sentinels. You'd think all of them would have jumped at the chance.

3000BC = Rogue, Beast, Nightcrawler, Professor X & Magneto
1998 = Forge, Cable, Bishop, Sunspot & Jubilee
3960AD = Jean, Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm & Morph
On the other hand: What we saw in 1998 is the beginning of the Days of Future Past time line and is this time line is still Wolverine around. But okay, in the Original series, we saw him just in the 2050s, so that is quite a while for coming back.

The end credit scene is Apocalypse and he’s holding Gambit’s Queen of hearts card and says “So much Death”.
Gambit was Death, one of Apocalypse’s 4 horsemen in the comics.
So chances are we’ll see Gambit again but as an enemy.
Morph, Wolverine and I think Storm are somewhere in time.
Wolverine will rediscover his bone claws.
Wolverine was also one of apocalypse’s 4 horsemen in the comics.
Jean and Cyclops were in the future and they are also in Egypt. So Apocalypse is in the past, present and future and he’s my favorite marvel character. So I can’t wait either.
This show is so damn good & the guy in Egypt was Apocolypse he’s the first mutant & he’s also immortal he’s the main enemy Cable fights in the future

With animation the way it's done these days we are probably going to have to wait at least a year from now for season 2. That Egyptian Mutant in the end scenes was Apocalypse, a major bad guy from the original series but before that in this time. Still the X-men split between the future and the past with the present still going on, is furtherance of the original series pushing along and not still treading ground or re-telling what came before.

Adamantium is metal, but it's not a real life metal.
Magneto did actually take out Wolverine's adamantium just like that in the comics, but I never expected to see it here! I also didn't expect to see Wolverine actually stabbing a person, but it was awesome! 🤘😃😜
And yes, that was Apocalypse.
Last time I checked they're working on the animation of season 2 right now.

But Telekinetic isn't Cables only power. He is as well a Telepath. But normally he need his Telekinetic powers, to held the techno-organic Virus in his body in check for taking him over.
