- Free sample chapter of Parking Tutorial. The clip has NO AUDIO.
This method of bay parking is based on the REFERENCE POINT meaning that you can turn the steering wheel at the right moment and park the car exactly to the center of the parking space. This video explains only the parking technique, but doesn't describe the precautions you should take while parking, neither it says anything about the distance between the car and the parking space. This is done on purpose as this is a sample clip. Please note that this method of parking is only suitable for standard parking spaces and for cars with medium size of the wheelbase. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
I didn't even practice this before my drivers test and just by watching this video, I winged it and got it perfect on the first try! 😉😉 thanks for posting!
People always be laughing at my lack of parking skills. I'm glad I discovered this channel ❤️
Thank you for a great informative and right on point video. This certainly has helped my worries about parking in supermarket carparks. My only concern is how to show other drivers behind you that you intend to park in that spot as they will see you pass it and will sneak in.
It depends on the situation. If you intend to do shopping (especially big objects), having the rear to the outside is, overall, the better option because it allows better access to the boot/trunk.
Also, the concept of safety is a non-issue because accelerating away from a parking spot requires the same amount of skills and attention. Any truly experienced driver can do it both ways equally well, so it's really a matter of personal preference.
The tip about turning when your mirror lines up with spot "C" is helpful, but I think the driver needs to be able to use his side view mirror to realize when to straighten out and how much to adjust if necessary.
It is the best tutorial about bay parking! Easy to understand, easy to do it! Superb!!!
That works only in a perfect world :D
Thankyou I have learned much quicker how to bay park watching this - quicker in fact than any lesson I've had . Nice One xx 👌👍
This is the best video for bay parking and easy to understand
your shoulder should be in the middle of the third spot and back up till u r car straight than turn u r wheel one and half right. it's so easy please use easy way to pass the test.
Looks very clear and easy 👍! Thanks for sharing 🌷!
THANKS! This videos is immensely helpful and informative !
watching this video makes it look so easy but right now on my driving lessons it aint ;(
Very smart technique 👍! Thanks for sharing 🌷!
I have never used this 3 line rule technique for bay parking, because I have got a quicker and more efficient technique called diagonal aka 45 degree method.
However, in my opinion, drivers still should learn this 3 line rule technique, because it can be useful someday, like what I experienced yesterday.
Yesterday, when I was looking for parking space in a Mall, I misunderstood the direction : enter the path which is used for exit and met cars in the opposite direction. I was forced to reverse. Fortunately, when doing so, I have already got knowledge of this 3 line rule technique. I used this technique for turning around a sharp corner in 1x attempt and succeeded.
Hi, this one is great, with one suggestion.
Please make one in the most frequent of situations where yo don't have room for maneuver a footbal field but a tighter space that you have to use or lose the spot
Was really helpful.. enjoyed it!!
So helpful! I am less stressed about my upcoming test haha
thank a lot sir that your help iam improve my parking.salut sir.
simple but informative. I like it.
Very helpful. Thanks for sharing!
Good lesson, thank you!
I still suck at parking LOL
It's normal if you are a girl.
epiphany i bet i can park better then your sexist ass you pig
good news guys I can park now lol
LOOL, You literally came back two years later.
ClipHype 😂😂😂😂
When you use this parking technique, the car behind you would right away steal your parking slot.
Mimi Cadalzo Looooooooooool, so true. I'm literally crying, laughing.
Hit the car bro
+Ashley Montana nothing to cry about:P life is brutal:P
Yesss 😄
I can reverse park better when there's a car either side of the space I'm going for. Removing one or both cars really throws me.
Thanx for simple and clear instructions
This is so helpful thank you
Man u made me save a lot of time and money ,, really thnx :)
Very good video for learning!!
Thank you very much for sharing!
Thank you so much!!
nice video, thanks for the uploader. I suck in parking, so I hope with sugestions and practice I can master it
This works really well.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I will pass my driving test!
Thank you for your videos. It is so much easier to see it first hand and explained better. All i hear is ....now turn, and i ask why i turn when i do and i hear 'just cause'. Not very helpful. So i really do appreciate the visuals and explaining when to turn.
Thanks! Was really helpful!! :)
funny how I can parallel park, but bay parking is A BIT difficult for me. It's supposed to be very easy, but it's never really covered in driving school.
AirplaneRandy ikr
Same here in the UK, did loads of parallel parking but no bay parking. Have to pretty much figure it out on my own lol
I heard that bay parking the norm in Japan. I too can parallel park with ease, but not bay parking.
I was always the opposite I hated parallel barking in a bay was hard to but ok
Here, at least where I live, bay parking is the only one you are taught in driving school 😂
At the end the dude parked in the "b" slot
How do you know?

Thanks for this really it's helpful.
Very nice programme
This technique should only be used in quiet traffic, i.e when we are sure there is no car following behind searching for parking space. Look at 1:01. There is huge space left behind that someone behind us will get a chance to take our chosen spot using the quicker and more efficient technique.
While this 3 line rule technique is basic or standard, instructors should also teach the diagonal technique which proves to be quicker and more efficient. Many drivers in busy situations use the diagonal method when parking.
1) Why don't you just stop with the far line of C in the middle of the passenger side window. This way you save yourself some unnecessary reversing. 2) What if the parking lot is super busy? How are you gonna get the space and time to do this?
thx so much. i passed
Thank you. It's useful
I don't get why I have to do this during the license test because I don't see why I would ever need to know how to do this again
+Tom Sadan yea but before you can do that someone behind you will steal you spot...
when you go shopping at a mall you need it
+EyesOfErica I don't know why I need to know the Hypotenuse Leg Theorem but I still got taught it.
The joys of being a student *sigh*
+Tom Sadan From my experience, the world is full of assholes like that.
When you don't have lines and you're basically screwed.
How far the driver's car must be from the others? This technique is perfect!
Lol this shit really works. But take care of cars and people around you. a minute here and there and whole parking will be altered. Take a 45 Deg
Excited to be learning to drive 😁
Looks good, shall try it, very nice illustrations
Thank You
I like your videos
if the lane left to yours is free. always stop diagonal before reversing, so you can better control the distance to both sides. it makes it faster, also-
Thank u so much
thanks so much
Good demonstration but my only gripe is the lack of 'full' observation. My instructors tell me that would be a total fail in the test as my neck has got to be seen to be moving to cover all blind spots and not rely on the side mirrors all the time.
Thank you for the videos, definitely helpful!
What a hero
I hear you look back when you park, so do you physically turn and look back or use the mirrors???
I don't think I did this in my driving test as well as I only got a 3 point turn for my exam. I am confused here because some other videos say that you need to line up the mirror to the right side of the car and some say that the mirror should line up in the middle of the car. Which one is correct? Does this depend on the car parked? This might be a stupid question but would a SUV be wider than a sedan and thus you need to adjust the starting point?
I love it
Thanks
very good
Very educational
Thank you..am like this vdo
Me too. I failed my parking test. :( Hope I can pass it next month for the second try. After passing my parking test I'm good to have my license.
Good luck
Good luck baby.
Good luck baby.
What is the distance between the tip of the line C and the car body? Of cause you can not make it 100 meters, but how long?
Hung Nguyen about a cars width
Sehr gut 🥀🌷👉🔔💐🌺
Where this video was taken ? Because I saw "RIMI" shop and I thought about Lithuania :)
thansk you are a god
When reversing 90 degree, is there a possibility to hit front of car in other object which is parked parallel to my driving path. Because when I reversing into right, front of my car is moving out to the opposite direction. How could I safely reverse without hitting my car front ?
I can maybe do it with one car next to me but trying to reverse park with two cars in between is hard for me.
I learned this parking in other way. U made me confused :S
just use the one that makes your life easier!
THANKS 4 NAVIGATOR
I think it depends on how big your wheel turns..
Usually the driveway between parking spaces in the supermarket parking lots leaves half a meter right and left of the car, so you cant make a biiig round backwards like this ;-)
O N A I R verse L I V E , Live-Kong !
For driving car is about safety of other driver on road aswell
can you please make a video for reverse around the corner..thanks
Nice parking
we always backparking in Japan! easy breezy lol!
I have a lot of trouble back parking at my College's parking lot. I feel like I'm going to hit the surrounding cars.
+Samuel Hernandez Moreno hi there, its okay, if you practice more it will get easier. i need to start learn how to paralel parking soon because we are moving back to the states. and im suck at paralel park😭
+Samuel Hernandez Moreno that is exactly how i feel even with regular parking and i have my drivers permit😨😱
Miss Hampton
haha this was in september, now it's march, and i can tell you by experience that i have gotten better drastically. i can easily reverse up to 30 plus feet and back park better than i did 6 months ago. it's going to take practice, and dont rely heavily on your rearview mirror. the side mirrors are your best guide
+samuel h.m.
i have to practice more
instead of pointing at the last line of parking letter C it pointed to the first or am i tripping since i am the one learning??
Because driving away forwards is much easier and infinitely safer. If you are parked between two cars and have to reverse out of your spot, you can almost no visibility for people or even other cars who happen to pass by at that time.
By comparison, driving in backwards is extremely easy once you've done it a few times and lets you leave your parking spot in a quick and safe manner.
thanks heap
This method is not working at all in my big car.
Please help what to do?
I hope we can also see the position of the steering wheel
Just a question how do you park a van? Isit still the same...
What if the driveway through the parking lot is narrower than this?
Not bad but nobody ever explains when there's a car BEHIND you. What's the general rule how far to back up, once backed in, without hitting the bumper of the car behind you?
How many turn does it need ? One or full turn ?
What about the 45 degree reverse parking?
tanks
Merci
merci
Does it work if my car is suv too?
Parallel ... ok but the distance between my car and my neighbour will also affect the situation!
🙏🙏🙏
TOM BRADY IS DRIVING!!!
How many feet your car in?
can you plizzz make more tutorials really
