Really liked that you mentioned that you don't have to be completely straight and shifted to the dominant side. If you are tense and stiff while taking a shot it doesn't matter that you are in a "textbook" position, your body won't allow you to go through the motion that you want it to make. You want to be as straight as your joint flexibility allows you to be for a relaxed and fluid shot.

Hello Mike dunn I am pretty decent at shooting mid range and free throws but when it come to 3s my confidence drops and I become very inconsistent what should I do
this is what i needed to see as i can shoot ok by myself, but when it comes shooting in games, i forget most of the fundamentals.
