    Dr. Can you please tell us glycemic index of all carbohydrates ie. All whole grains, all millets, all rice's raw white rice, raw brown rice, raw basmati rice, raw Boild rice, Barley, oatmeal, wheat, wheat flour, rice flour, broken wheat, corns, corn flakes, corn starch, ragi, Jawar, etc. All Raw, there flour, and after cooking dishes all carbohydrates glycemic index as we all eat carbs with fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, milk and sweets made out of gugar......... thanks if you can!

    Lemons are acidic, not alkaline.

      True but once it’s metabolized it becomes alkaline.
