What type of tutorial are you looking for? The Practice Footage Library contains TONS of different clips for all sorts of different VFX

Doing that well will likely require a lot more than just video compositing :) There's usually a lot of practical effects / VFX makeup involved as well as 3D animations that are integrated (or fully replace) the video
