Edgware And Balham Rescued 2020

Michael Pinnock brought the town class pair Edgware and Balham from Nether Hayford down to his yard in London. I managed to catch them running through Widewater Lock. As you can see they need a fair bit of work, as the previous owner didn't really look after them and mainly kept them to stop other people mooring outside his house.

Glad to see them being rescued, they have been an ever sadder sight over the years at Nether Heyford.

Seen these fee years ago . The boats were my nan and grandads when they worked the boats in late 60s
