Her story made me tear up, bullying is someting that I have personally experienced too and I know how hard and horrible it feels. She's very brave.

I'm a grown 43 year old woman and I tell you it of all if the quice's hers was the best. Most real and genuine one I've ever seen. She was really open connected. It wasn't about just impressing and getting it right. You could tell that her heart and motives,intentions were pure and she really was smiling and having a good time. I'm glad that I went back and watched hers after everyone else's cuz you can really tell the difference. Really and Truly a beautiful spirit then and now.

I loved Shani's and Airam's themes...not your typical quincinieras but these girls chose to do what spoke to their hearts and what made them happy. Shani is very mature for her age and very grounded. It takes guts to survive such savage bullying and be able to tell your story and inspire others. You go girl. Keep shining.

I'm just here to say that Shany is one naturally gorgeous young lady with such a lovely and happy character. What your cousin said is so true. This world cannot afford to lose a gem like you. Those people who bullied her are the ones who are useless. Anyone who gets joy from hurting, bullying or being mean someone else is definitely a fool. I used to cut myself for about 6 years from age 15, but I was the bully to myself and I was telling myself all those horrible things those silly bullies said about you. On another note, the way her dad loves her and the way he spoke about her was just the sweetest thing ever, ever.

Shany, you were so young here and I just want to say how beautiful you always were and have grown into a confident beautiful young lady. I hope you’re life has become much easier as you have gotten older. You shine bright and I can see you in the fashion industry. You’re very creative and talented. From your personality I can’t tell your little cousin had so much personality and confidence thanks to you. I truly wish my daughter had an older girl in her life that would boost her and uplift her they way you did with Emily. Seeing you here I know for a fact the ppl who mistreated you were very jealous and afraid of whom you might become bc I can tell you were always meant to be someone grand. Watching this video made me happy because I can relate to her, I’m getting my quinces, I have depression, I uh... also self harmed..., I used to be out going as she is, I used to make CZcams videos when I was younger because I didn’t have friends, the fact that her and I are so different makes us unique and special and seeing her and know someone like her exists it makes me feel less alone

The same thing happened to me. I was cutting myself and then my friends saw and told the teacher and I also got bullied and I felt useless. Till I saw my friends and my step sister's class cry and upset. I was crying and I finally saw that someone loved me. My mom and dad got a divorce. And when I heard that my dad said he didn't care about me I felt my heart break. When I got a therapist I felt better but I still get flash backs and sometimes cry myself to sleep. And I turned 10 in March. I feel like I am to young to have these problems. I am happy that she is happy and she had her Dream Queñcanera. 😊
