I love the intimacy of microphone placement. But I wish this plugin had more dynamic layers to be able to dig in when needed. Would be a very solid upright piano vst. Please consider adding more dynamic layers in the future updates 🙏🏻

Your samples are pretty amazing and this one is exceptional. Imho one of the best sounding pianos I have ever come across and for the price that it comes with, it's totally worth it. The 'variations' are practical and can be used to create some beautiful soundscapes. I can't wait to create some tunes with the addition of this beautiful sound in my arsenal. Thank you Jon for reviving the felt piano :)

lovely! there's one more thing which to me is very very important for felt piano sound, and that is pedal noise. I hope you could add the pedal noise in the future, other than that, this sounds beautiful already
I would very much like this as it's beautiful. Unfortunately, can't afford full Kontakt at the moment. I totally understand why you can't release it for Kontakt Player, so no judgement there.
This reminds me a bit of Noire which is a complement indeed.
Most of my music starts with piano. I have several piles of piano plugins -- from Native Instruments, Keyscape, Arturia, Soundpaint, Spitfire Audio, even 1-2 from Pianobook. I really don't need another piano. Oh wait, then I heard yours. Lots of color, lots of options, but also lots of control and transparency. Excellent work! I'm sold. 🙂

hey Jon! good work! How many round robins do you have here?
3 dynamic layers and 3 round robins for the main mics. As quiet as I could possibly play up to about 3/4 of the total range of the piano.
I love the plugin but I don't use kontakt and is more expensive to buy kontakt than the plugin itself. This plugin needs to be standalone for those who don't use kontakt.
We went through the process of encoding PostFelt so that it works in the free Kontakt Player. You do not need to buy the full version ok Kontakt.
